All the screws and pieces were in the box nothing was missing everything was packaged well. Stools are very sturdy they have been tested by many different weights from petite to big big. Update: after getting in touch with Sicotas they quickly responded and replaced our stool right away. We were very pleased as these fit perfectly in the space and are comfortable. Will certainly purchase from them again! Day 2 of using this seat i sat down on the stool and heard the inside wood support give way with a loud crack. Im 165 so well under the 250 supposed weight limit. Have not seen how to contact the manufacturer to address the part. Shame as these fit the area nicely.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered these during the holiday for my new apt. It came and I tried to build it but I couldn’t get any of the four to be built correctly. The holes are not consistently done and the screws don’t fit in the middle of the stools. So now I’m stuck waiting on a replacement but instead of sending me 4 new ones. They offered to send 2. I have 4 badly made stools and for me to return it will be trying to build it back down after the screws are not correct can’t be broken for parts of the stools I tried to build. This is a complete headache. Now I’m thinking I need a refund. I sent two messages to the seller and no response yet.
