Looks: 10/10* The chair looks simply fantastic. **I will say that mine arrived damaged with a gash to the back of it, after contacting Shuanghu, they responded promptly and made things right. The company stands by their products which is refreshing to see, I would recommend their products solely based on the customer service I received. Comfort: 7/10 The comfort for me is okay. I stand at about 5'11" tall and the head rest sits on my shoulder blades which is slightly uncomfortable. Fortunately, with the lumbar support pillow, it can become comfortable. My 5'1" girlfriend on the other hand, fits perfectly in the chair and is comfortable without the lumbar support pillow. Assembly: 9/10 Pretty straightforward, the wheels can be a bit of a tough job to push on as it requires a decent amount of force and can risk bending the wheel plastic. TO ADDRESS OTHER REVIEWS: Some folks are saying that the leather covers the side arm chair holes. This is true, but if you stretch the leather over the screw holes it really shouldn't be a problem. The holes get covered up by the arms anyway. Customer Support: 10/10 If there is an issue with your product from this company, I strongly recommend contacting them as they stand by their products and will make things right. Final thoughts: I personally wouldn't buy this chair again because of my height and would try to get something that fits me a little better, but if I review the chair objectively, for the price, it is a 5/5. ... show more

My kids r pretty rough and thus far it lasted well..putting on the arms kinda tricky,, need 2 people, I'd suggest putting both arms first on the back part of chair before last step. But assembly was a 9 out of 10 for beginners for ease

They put leather over the screw holes so it was hard to put together still haven’t got it together yet. The instructions don’t really help much and the Allen key they give you doesn’t even spin in most the spots they want you to screw stuff in to. Not a good company just get a different chair!!

It not only came early but all the parts came too. It was super easy to put together(took about 1 hour with 2 people). I bought it for my boyfriend and he really likes it. Its super comfy but it does slightly lean when you sit at the front of the chair other than that we love it!

this is my first gaming chair, put a lot efforts assembly it but totally worth it. I spend most of my day time on it because I am working from home now, it did good job supporting my back, it's comfortable and looks really cool. I like it:)
