Very nice and easy to unpack. It came in like an air tight box and it inflated really fast. The couch it self was really comfy and easy to change into a sofa bed. The inside filling is foam triangles which makes it really nice and firm. I got this for my mom and she really likes it!

I also felt it cldve used more memory foam because if u are the type of sleeper that stays in one spot, u will get bogged down at the crease where the the two parts come together from seat to bed.
