Bought this for Christmas. Arrived on time but item had been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not use proper packing material to protect it from getting damaged during the delivery process. I returned it and have been waiting a month to get a refund. I was told I’d be charged a restocking fee as well. Super disappointed at this whole process with this company. Winter is almost over where I live and I never got to use and enjoy a fire table. **UPDATE** Manufacturer had Amazon write me an email today telling me that since they received the returned item “severely damaged” that they would not be issuing me a refund! This was after speaking to them in December and requesting just a replacement part due to the damage that took place in transit. They said no, the item must be returned. And now… I will be filing a dispute just so I can receive my refund. I was going to purchase another table through this manufacturer once I received my refund, but not now. I will not support this manufacturer and to be honest, I won’t be buying another one through Amazon. I’m done with this horrible lack of customer service and AWFUL communication. ... show more

Most other comparable products I’ve found are closer or more than $1000. This product was relatively simple to set up, and I love how it looks on my balcony. It emits a bunch of heat, so I always use the glass rectangle around it. I’m really impressed with how warm it gets! I thought since it’s smaller, it wouldn’t be as hot, but I have to keep the fire low. Only downside is the cover it comes with. It’s not waterproof at all! Very cheap quality. I want to take care of this piece the best I can, so I bought a better outdoor cover for it. I get compliments on this piece all the time, and I love the blue glass it comes with. It’s great for marshmallows! However, it needs a different waterproof cover. Overall, great value for its price. ... show more

You do not need to go to Home Depot or Loz to buy something to install them. They are not expensive and emit good heat, and you can live with them the most beautiful nights with your companion.i love it !! ... show more

We put this fire pit table together yesterday. It was very easy, the look is excellent and the table is sturdy. The only problem is when we tried to light it, it wouldn't stay lit. We followed both the lighting instructions in the assembly instructions and the instructions on the table itself but it will not stay lit. It seems as if the thermocouple is not working properly. So now we are going to have to spend more money to get it up and running. I just figured that if we spend $300 on an item, it should freaking work. This is very disappointing since the fire pit is beautiful and sturdy which is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. ... show more

Just know that it heats up and the propane tank storage is close. This means once you are finished, you have to wait for everything to cool down before reaching in to turn off propane tank, otherwise you might burn your hand. Poor design choice, but overall great product.
