Everything was great. The packaging was super efficient and damage-proof. Everything was organized and instructions were pretty easy to follow. I messed up the arms because the directions weren't clear on what I was supposed to attach first. Do NOT tighten screws until the entire piece is put together or you will never be able to line up those last few holes. They mean it. My space is tiny and the set fits nicely. This is a nice set for my small patio, I am quite pleased. The packing was good and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing flaw that would prevent me from buying it again. On one chair, one of the arm rest side pieces had mis-drilled holes for the bolts that held it to the seat and the seat-back. After many attempts to reassemble the chair, I had to re-drill the holes and file them in order to make the piece fit. I probably should have returned the set for a replacement, but at this point the other pieces were assembled and would all need to be taken apart and repackaged. ... show more
