This massager is amazing. Love that it has heat feature because heat is what helps with muscle pain. The two handles allows me to pull as hard or as light as I want on the part that I am massaging, which is perfect if you want certain area to be stronger than the other. I like to use to on my upper back/neck area and it's also amazing for the lower back because I can leave this on the back of the chair. Over all, I would really recommend this for the price because it works so well, and it's also an amazing gift.

The only criticism is that the heat from the device is negligible. Despite that, the overall effectiveness of the massager is very good.

I used to own a full chair shiatsu massager but couldn't take it with me when I moved. So this massager works great, is light and easily portable wherever you need to use it. It even has a lighter adaptor so you can use it in your car on long trips. Very handy. The heating element is important too as well as being able to reverse the spin on the shiatsu balls.

This neck and shoulder massager is the best complement to my Shiatsu product fleet. It helps to relieve neck and shoulder pains and stresses, and is very easy to use. My wife and I love this massager, the best I've ever had. We've had it for two days, so I can't address it's longevity, but this thing is wonderful. Easy to reach those knots in my back and shoulders. Sure, it only gets warm, but it actually massages rather than just vibrating. A terrific investment. I might buy a second.

We got this massager before we took a massive road trip from Los Angeles to Portland without knowing that it comes with a 12 volt adapter to use in the car. Everybody wanted a turn using the massager throughout the car ride. The massager works best especially on the neck, shoulders, and lower back, although I would recommend to wear a hoodie with the hood up when massaging the neck because the mesh material is a little bit rough on bare skin.
