Ordered as a first tacklebox for a teenager but it would be great for anyone. All the bells & whistles & features. Fit 3600 trays perfectly. 2 easily but might fit another 3rd smaller one as well. Great product, affordable, lots of space, yet not too bulky. The only thing is I'm a small figure (tall but lanky), and the straps don't tighten completely for it to sit snug while I'm on the water. The zipper strap feature that allows you to wear it as a backpack and a sling bag is wonderful. I also use the rod holder to carry a spinning rod while I'm fly fishing, but had to add a clip up top to make sure it stays secure. Nice and sturdy though, and I expect to get plenty of use out of it. ... show more

Probably the most ideal minimal backpack. And I'm being genuine. Price is right, decent space, and what I like more is it fits my TCG stuff. I hope the seller sees this and like pins this. I have the space for my mat tube, professor TCG box, and a couple deck boxes on top.

This was a gift for a 13 year old grandson’s birthday who is really into fishing! He absolutely loved it…looking into all the pockets and zippered parts. He said it would be great for hiking, exploring on his bike and other things - not just for fishing tackle. It seems very well made out of quality fabric. I think of this kind of like a vest for fly fishing but flies are small so you don't need the bigger lure boxes. I fish with it on me and when I want to change lure or bait, I have it with me. Can it hold all my tackle? No. It's a small backpack. But it works very well for a little fishing bag.
