This is great! I am a permanent makeup artist with upper back pain in my shoulder and this massager broke down my knots and releived my neck and shoulders of pain! The heat helped so much. Yall im not even playing, it’s worth the money and investment. As an artist I have to routinely get massages and this stuff literally did the job for me when I couldn’t make it to get a massage.     • Returning in less then 24 hrs and update
Update #2. I received the replacement from the company and have been using it for several days now. I wanted to make sure before I updated and this one works perfectly. Take a little bit to heat up but it heats up very well and is nice and toasty. I've been using it on the hump I get on the back of my neck at the base of my neck and it's helped so much and the hump has even decreased in size a good bit. I suffer from several things including RA all through my body so this new device has been amazing! I've used it on my legs and arms also and love it. It does produce a good amount of pressure the the massage, but for me that's perfect. Definitely recommend! Also again, the customer service was top notch! Update: updated to three stars for customer service. They reached out to me and offered to send another one without the hassle of a return. Love that they monitor issues and reviews and promptly try to correct any issues. Waiting for the new one and will update on that device, but customer service gets 5 stars. I got this delivery around 1 pm on a Monday. I went to work, came home and wanted to use it for my neck as I get alot of headaches and the reviews seemed good. Worked for a cycle, cycle ended and I wanted to try it on my arm but that didnt happen. It still had power as the remote lit up and would change settings, but that was it. The cushion had no movement. Have tried over and over again, making sure all connections were secure and everything else still worked, but no movement still. I waited until I tried it out a few times before leaving a review. Now I have and I have to say that it’s okay but not great. It’s very weak, especially for a big guy that works out a lot. I tried to lay on but then it stops working because it doesn’t seem to have enough strength to keep going. It’s good for relaxing massage but not good enough for deep tissue massage. I’m going to have to find something else that works better. ... show more
