One of the best massagers I have purchased to help with neck and back pain. I have been getting severe pains in upper back around neck and mid to upper back right side. This thing is very effective to use just sitting around and hit the spots as needed. The heat gets very hot and effective. First time I used this I put a lot of pressure on my back behind areas needed and let me tell you I was sore for two days after using this but it rid my pain I had been having for over a month. I have cervical radiculopathy accompanied by super tight muscles and nerve pain in my neck, shohlders, and back. This massager provides a deeper massage than I honestly expected, BUT IM NOT COMPLAINING! My muscles are so tight I can't handle a super deep massage at this time, but I use this in the lowest strength setting with a folded towel between it and my back to help lessen the massage strength a little more. The heat setting exceeded my expectations! It heats so good that I can feel the heat THROUGH THE TOWEL AND MY SHIRT. It feels SO good and helps soothe my tight, aching muscles. I am hoping this massager will help tp loosen my muscles over time so I can handle it on the highest strength setting for that deep tissue massage. I can tell after using it once for 45 mins, my muscles have loosend some already. If you have chronic back, shoulder, and/or neck pain BUY THIS MASSAGER. It comes with a wall adapter AND a car adapter. I will be taking it to work and using it on my 30 minute commute home! Do yourself a favor, and order this ASAP.

Not bad. Usually with theses things I’m scared to buy brands I don’t know. Been using it a lot for the 6 months and it hasn’t broken or shown any signs of slowing down. Does a great job on the neck. The arm holders seem pretty convenient

I bought this over a year ago, and it works good enough on my neck, but nothing spectacular so I didn’t think to leave a review. But then, something magical happened: I had foot surgery about a month and half ago and have been using a knee scooter to get around. I just started walking again within the last few days, and my calf on the leg I had surgery on has been killing me. So I thought, “ehh what the hell, let me see if this can help”. And LET ME TELL YOU!!! This is absolute magic and massages out my calf so amazingly. I have naturally tight calves and am so mad at myself for never thinking about this before. 10/10 incredible purchase for this alone.

I was constantly feeling tired in my neck & upper back. I used salves, hot showers, sauna, etc. - no consistent relief. Also, I've never had a massage in my life. I decided to purchase this product, it arrived same day. It is great! Listen, it does not replace an actual massage, I'm sure, but it does what needs to be done. It relieved my pain almost instantly, especially once I learned to move it around to different places on my neck, shoulders and upper back & to adjust it accordingly. It's super easy to use, there are 4 buttons & I am not sure of what each settings does specifically, but all of them work well. The price is right! It also runs by electrical cord, it's not rechargeable and there are no batteries needed. Also, there's some type of pluggable adapter to supply electricity (think plugging it into a generator). I was not sure if it would work, but it does and I highly recommend buying it. Lastly, the heat is not blazing, but the temp is nice and comfortable.

A little disappointed there was no battery. Production was good and worked fine when tethered to a power supply but it was not the kneeding typer of massager. This one has a spinning wheel under the fabric with uneven ends that “massage”. It’s pretty good but there are better out there.
