Updated: I contacted ShelterLogic customer service directly. A live representative answered on a Saturday and agreed to send me the missing/replacement parts at no cost. The shipment arrived a week later and I was able to assemble the canopy. After about a month, it’s looking great. I’m using it to provide shelter from the weather and sun for a small convertible. The design of the canopy looks nice, in fact, several neighbors have complemented it. We live in south Florida and it’s common to use this type of shelter to protect belonging from the elements. Only complaint is that the packaging needs to be stronger to protect parts during shipping. Package arrived on time, but the box was falling apart and the ends of some poles are bent/damaged. At this price I expect higher-quality packaging ($449.00 for 10'X18' canopy). I attempted to assemble the canopy and discovered that the connectors are the incorrect size/diameter and are too small to fit the poles in step #2 per the instructions. I also noticed that the number of bolts included is six less than the instructions indicate. I called ShelterLogic service and a live person answered, apologized, and said he would send me the correct parts in 4-5 business days. I will update my review when parts are received. ... show more

Well-made, easy to assemble (but it takes awhile), and reasonably sturdy. Don't expect it to hold up to strong winds. The one improvement i would make is to have bolt holes drilled in the bottom of the legs at the proper height so that the plastic feet can be bolted to the leg. (The feet already have bolt holes, but there are none in the legs.) ... show more

    • Good canopy but you MUST reinforce it

Had it going on 2 years now. Bought it for my backyard patio to provide some shade. Stood up to 1 foot of snow on top. It bowed but never broke. Out of the box it will NOT stand up to strong wind thus my advice to reinforce it. I reinforced mine with heavy duty rope and eyebolts screwed to the ground at each corner and knotted at the tops. I've never taken it down and it's stood up to some pretty strong winds in my area. I'm about to order another for my driveway to.protect my truck from the bird poo constantly falling on it. All the holes were not drilled out well and had to be finished out with a burr file. The ties are not strong enough to hold the canopy tight so bad to make a few adjustments. Water collected in a couple places and stretched out the canvas.

This is definitely a low budget cover that is overpriced compared to other Shelter Logic option. I have a different Shelter Logic 'garage' that cost slightly more than this but it's light years ahead in quality and durability. It stood up to 14" of snow. This simple cover probably won't handle more than an inch or two. The cover itself is lightweight, not much better than a blue tarp except it has more grommets. Water accumulates on the top and you needs to undo the bungees for it to drain the pools...... Also this came with feet that needs to be anchored in the cement. Mine is for the middle of the yard. Not pouring cement . I was told by a customer service agent that I am supposed to remove the top if there was heavy rain, that sort of would defeat the purpose of the shelter for my car, specially in Fl... Box was damaged, parts were missing, the canopy had a whole in it, which they have sent another one, but it still holds water, Had nothing but problems with this , including the damaged box, poles scratched, and parts missing......It's pretty, but not functional. ... show more

1.Leg poles require bolt holes and screws and bolts in order to secure them together . The poles bases need the same. 2. The overall height makes this product very unsturdy and not suitable for areas with winds greater than 20 mph. The anchors provided are a joke.

Went together easily. Was missing one pipe for the roof. Substituted it with 3/4 inch pvc. It worked fine. Held up in a severe wind and rain storm. Very satisfied except for the missing pipe.

I didn't want a shed for my garden tools since sheds are difficult to get in and out of as well as expense. This, with some weights on the poles, keeps my big garden tools from being drenched and makes them really accessible.

There were no bolts to hold the top to the legs and there where no bolts to hold the legs together. Bought some bolts and had to drill a few holes in the post to keep wind from catching the top. Also staked it to the ground and bolted steaks to lower part of legs.

I live in kind of a windy area and although my husband reinforced it with more screws and with six sandbags to hold it down a little mini tornado (dust devil) blew it right over. Not impressed.
