The best 1,100 dollars I've spent this year. I went from a note 10 plus to two 2 S22 Ultras which were sold as excellent condition which were not and tried twice 2 phones on here and they came In terrible condition so I shipped them back and decided to buy a new S 24 Ultra . I love this phone. It came packaged well. It came with a charger but not a wall port. That's fine with me. I'm still learning the new features on this phone being that it has so many awesome features and also I read that this phone is rated better than the I phone 15 pro max . Sound quality is great. The battery last a very long time. I took this off of the charger at 8am. I had a movie playing . I took phone calls and texts and it's now 11.5 hours later and it's at 50% . 10 stars just for that !! Also I placed a glass cover over the screen and lens and redid my finger print and you'd never know that I had something that thick on my screen. It reads my print quickly. This phone also takes wonderful pictures. You can also remove shadows or add object or people from pics from previous phones or the one that was taken from this phone . Pretty cool. Overall this has been thee best phone . I'm so glad that I didn't settle for the 22 ultra. Going to update soon with some pics

Currently typing this review on this phone, so far it has been an awesome phone and I cant ask much more from it. I recommend a cover or case that protects the camera lenses as it takes great photos. I'm a fairly rushed guy and Ive dropped it constantly and don't have any issues a few years later

I have been with Samsung for years, tho not continuously, I am not one of their fanatical fanboys. I have stepped out on them multiple times to see what other manufactures flagship experience offers. What keeps bringing me back to Samsung and their Ultra line specifically is the best in class performance and hardware it offers and that its the ONLY device that offers a built in stylus/pen experience. Samsung decided to remove some stylus features on the S25 Ultra, and after some significant backlash it was my hope that Samsung would bring them back for the S26 Ultra. That was not the case, so that makes the S24 Ultra the last device with the full suite of stylus features. If your someone who enjoys getting the newest device every year then this review is not for you. If your someone looking for a great phone, budget conscious or stylus centric then this reviews IS for you. The processor offered in the S24 Ultra along with its healthy 12 GB of ram insure this device will perform fantastically for YEARS. The Snapdragon 8 gen 3 was a top tier Soc at the Ultra's time of release, in a lot of senses it still is. Yes there are newer and more powerer chips now, however the performance increase is negligible and not something you'd really notice in everyday phone usage. The S24 Ultra is a very powerful device that offers a lighting fast buttery experience. The screen is a georgous, fast and bright AMOLED. Its also nice and big. The screen is still very much top tier. Its adaptive refresh rate allows for silky smooth scrolling with the option to lower the hz when battery life is important. The 3120 x1440p QHD+ is a pleasure to looks at and use. Colors are incredibly rich and vibrant. The sound quality for both calls and media is fantastic. Speaker phone gets loud enough to use it in a busy place. The devices build quality is outstanding. Gone is the curved glass like the S23 Ultra and the corners come together in a sharper point as opposed to rounded. This presents a much more sleeker device in my opinion. This is one of Samsungs best looking devices. By eliminating the rounded glass edges they were able to use a stronger more durable Gorilla glass. As someone who is hard on their phones this was a huge boon and more then a worthwiile trade off. To be honest I never like the S23 Ultra's rounded glass and never used its added features. The stronger glass and a titanium frame make for a very solid device. I have already dropped it on concrete (with a case) and it suffered no damage. I bought the factory unlocked with 256 GB of storage in gray version. I personally find 256 GB of storage enough but if you need more you can always buy a USB-C to SD device and use SD cards that way. You could also just connect it straight to a external storage device. Samsung has developed a bad reputation for bloatware over the years. Their incessant need to offer their own version of every single app, and add their own layer on top of stock android had understandably turned a lot of people off. Im happy to report it has gotten A LOT better. Is it stock barebones android? No. However I find OneUI runs very well. You can delete almost everything of theirs you don't want and run googles apps. I use Google messaging, Photos, Calander but i like Samsungs default keyboard and contacts. I don't find anything they offer crippling or invasive. I enjoy the AI features in Bixby but switch over to Googles when I want it for specific tasks and the switch is seamless. I purchased this phone in "very good" condition for $708 after tax, Sold and Shipped by Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised to find that "very good" was an understatement. This phone was easily "like new" when I went to check the factory warranty using the IMEI I found the full 1 year factory warranty was still intact with 11+ months to go. Someone litterally bought this phone and returned it within days. i don't think the phone was even used once. Kudos to Amazon for erroring on the side of caution with the condition grading and passing along some more savings to the customer. Im just absolutely thrilled with Amazon and my used product purchases. Will absolutely buy used electronics from them again. All in all I'm thrilled with my purchase. I got a basically new device for a fraction of the cost. The device itself is outstanding. If your in the market to upgrade your phone I suggest you have the S24 Ultra on your short list. Its a very powerful device thats packed with unique features like the Stylus. Its hardware is all top tier nearly 2 years later. Its camera is amazing. Its screen amazing. Its build quality is amazing. I expect the prices on S24 Ultras to go down even more when the S26 comes out. Your getting one hell of a phone for a lot less money then the S26 Ultra, arguably more features if you consider the stylus features that were removed. This is ridiculous value for the money. Especially when you consider my next point... Here's the best part tho...I spent $708. For what your getting it's already a great value...howeever I fully expect to get that money back. Samsung offers more trade in credit when they release their new phones. Right this second Samsung is offering me $700 when I trade in my S24 Ultra towards a S25 Ultra...that's a right now offer. When the S26 comes out I fully expect them to offer $900 and a gift card and earbuds or a watch like they did previous years when preordering. Everyone should be playing the trade in credit game.

I just received this phone this evening and have already begun the return/refund process. I did not even power on the device due to my disgust with the phone's condition. I ordered New, just as I always do when purchasing phones for myself. I do this because a phone is a very personal item that follows a person EVERYWHERE. I always want a brand new device that no one has messed up the battery or clogged up the ports with their human gunk. ๐คฎ The phone I received was definitely used. I'll now explain the pictures. The security seals on the box were removed and the box was retaped shut with packing tape. Upon opening the box, I found that all of the film protectors on the screen and edges were missing. The screen is covered in white flecks and fingerprints. The charging port and bottom speaker contain dust, hair, and what I assume to be dead skin cells. The top ear speaker (harder to see in the pictures due to flash reflection) has so much more gunk that I cannot see the speaker mesh. There is an eye lash/brow hair stuck in the rear camera. The pen tip looks like it has been drug across concrete and there are scratches along the length on the pen (one can be seen in the picture). I will update my review upon receiving the replacement I just ordered. Hopefully, it will actually be new. EDIT: Keeping a star off because of the original review. My return was accepted and the second device I ordered was NEW new. The box had all of Samsungs security seals intact and upon opening the protective film covers were in place. It was clean and untouched! About the phone after a few months of use: I love this phone! It's very powerful, so I can run 4 instances of PokemonGo at the same time (if anyone is intrigued, use your galaxy store and your secure folder). The camera has incredible zoom. I took a video of my child's graduation ceremony, which I always sit completely in the back of the church theater, and I could clearly see their faces. My child's friends parents asked if I could share clips of the video with them because their iPhone video quality was "meh" even sitting half the distance I was. ๐ The S-pen is very handy. I use it daily for work, the most use being the screen-off memos. The phone case I'm using is the Motive waterproof & dustproof case. Overall: Don't settle for a used phone if you ordered new. The phone itself is a workhorse and beautiful!

PLEEEEEASE people, stop complaining about the display and things like that, the display is just AMAZING!! By looking at the low rating of the item, I was really impatient to recieve my device and finally write the review about it. I pre-ordered the S24 Ultra in Violet color, 512Gb version, and want to note that everything was fair as expected - I got the 512Gb version at the price of 256Gb one, and also 200$ Amazon Gift, which is a non-redeemable gift that works as a single time -200$ to your purchases FROM AMAZON, that you can use within approximately 5 or 6 months. Next about the device - it's really beautiful! I really love everything about it, the size, the flat screen, the back cover and cameras - design-wise this is a beauty. It has lot's of nice and fun features to play with, it's my second day of usage and I still have AI features to test, camera capabilities to check out, etc. And the S Pen - this is my first ever Samsung phone, and I really got used to it, and to be honest - it's sometimes a lot more comfortable to use the S Pen instead of your fingers. Some things in life are really designed to be accomplished with a pen and paper, this phone covers that need! The sound and speakers are veeery loud, I mean my whole office can hear my incoming notifications lol, and the quality of music listening, video watching, etc. - really nice. I still have to find out all of the capabilities of the camera, this is a separate big topic, but so far I can confirm what lot's of reviewers have already talked about - the normal photo taking is great, selfies look really amazing for a front camera, the zoom is fantastic with really good details, night mode results in bright as day photos (although a bit noisy) and video shooting is also nice with different mods. The OS is very nice and really sophisticated to say the least, I mean you can connect the device to a monitor, mouse and keyboard via some 5-in-1 Anker for example, and here you just got yourself a laptop with the size of a phone. OneUI is really the most rich software I've used so far, and before using it I was skeptical if I'd like it or not, but I'm really getting used to it, and the features like multitasking in a true desktop way on the phone - this is something else (not the Dex, just phone multi window usage, that's AWESOME). The battery is nice, maybe I expected something more by viewing some reviews with almost 20 hours of screen time or so, but really it's fine for a day of usage with QHD resolution, adaptive brightness, and app and AI usage during the whole day. The only disadvantages I want to mention are the price tag that is high (let's be honest) and the box contents, I mean why copy bad stuff from Apple and not include at least a small charging brick in the box? This is really uncool, especially within that price. I started with the display, but want to finish talking about it as well, it's HUGE, and I really like it, the corners are sharp-ended, but that gives you the advantage of viewing a non-cropped-out content, the resolution, the brightness, refresh rate... The display is a killer really, I really don't get the people that complain about the color, or perform some tests on the device, etc.... no need. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase, this is a great phone I can recommend to any software and hardware enthusiasts like me, and maybe to iPhone users as well, to come out of the box and see that there are other great phones out there in the world that can totally kill any iPhone with all the features and stuff you get.

Wonderful phone, originally bought it because I didn't want all the Ai bloatware... That was forced onto us though! However the color is great I bought this one for my wife as an upgrade from her s23 ultra as she doesn't like the beveled screens and I bought a 256G for myself as an upgrade from a Note 10+ for obvious reasons. The phone doesn't come with a build in screen protector (I use ZAG anyways as screens and such scratch easy in my field of work) or a phone charger (cable only). I ended up buying a ROCFORM and the phone has held up well with the case on working in a warehouse. I recommend getting on if you can catch it on sale (I did) as the phone is well worth the upgrade. It does tent to get warm when charging but aside from that I play games on it constantly and don't have much of an issue.
