Get the job done works really well. And my wife tried this at my brother-in-law‘s house a few months prior to me purchasing instantly fell in love with it. Got our own for Mother’s Day and she uses it regularly since then it’s been three months of consistent use it. no issues thus far and charges up just fine. It does shut off automatically after about 20 minutes of use for your own safety works well for the shoulders, the neck and she’s even put it on her foot and calves.

I purchased this for myself (35yr old female slight build) and it really does massage nicely. However, my biggest issue is that the first one I bought for a hole in it after 2months of use. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I sent it back and got a new one. But now, after 5 months that of use, this one also has a hole! I have emailed the seller and no response. It’s pretty bad to pay over $100 for less than a year. Second issue is that it only goes through 3-4 cycles (this is with no heat) before it shuts off and won’t turn back on for a few hours at least. Third issue is that it is bulky. I knew it coming into the game but it is annoying to massage certain areas. I would not recommend this which is sad; I thought Sharper Image was a good brand.

Pros: This is a well made, nice looking, high quality, cordless massager that surprisingly lasts for multiple 15 min massages on single charge. I bought this for its unique massager heads that aren’t just some spinning balls whirling around your neck. It really feels like hands and thumbs. Cons: However it is advertised as multiple uses, with the box even showing a dude standing up holding it on his lower back. This is laughable, the strain required for that to have enough forceful contact for a “back massage” makes it actually counter productive and uncomfortable. It only fits is a small confined space on your neck , so the massage range is only a portion of your upper neck... forget your traps or anything down near your shoulders that gets just as knotted up. I’m a muscular guy so I guess I need something more versatile.

Tried this at my folks house and fell in love. Just had to get one of my own. I can get 3-4 15 minute sessions out of a charge depending on if I use heat or not. The action is so much better then the 2000s massagers with the handle on each side. With the straps you can easily move it around and work it into the places you couldn't before without someone using it on you.

So glad I got this after falling off a bike. Helps with the pain, but doesn't hide the shame of falling off while going a few miles an hour. Also works great on thighs, arms and ankles if you are brave enough.
