This is a good product for indoors or outdoors if you have access to electric. It needs about 10 minutes to warm up but after it definitely browns and melts a marshmallow. The positive is that unlike a flame the inside is melted and the outside is browned rather than charred. The negative is that it takes time to make that happen. I prefer these marshmallows since the inside is fully melted. A good put HS’er but patience needed.

You need to preheat for 5 min as directed. It browned the marshmallow nice and evenly. No flame which made me more comfortable with kids using it. Fun to make s’mores indoors!
