I like the Sharp counter top microwave. The Carousel Turnable makes the food cooked evenly. The only thing that I don't like is the noise during cooking. I wish the noise level would be a bit lower. Despite it, I like it very much. Thanks.

Ordered the item in black but the seller sent a white one instead. Thought it might not look too bad but definitely did not work with all other appliances being black. Wanted to just exchange it for a black one but after 10 days of back and forth with customer service (who has limited hours of 9-5 M-F), I have decided to re-purchase the item somewhere else instead.
