So far so good. The beeping while pushing the keys and the beeping when it’s done is a little loud but other than that it’s good. Its 900 watts. It’s made for reheating and defrosting small things but not to cook gourmet meals in. Look into the detentions inside and out if buying this. It’s perfect for small spaces. It gives me more counter space. It’s perfect for just me and my husband. We just heat up plates of food with it. The glass turntable plate inside is a little over 10 1/2 inches. Just big enough to fit a standard dinner plate. The pasta container I had in the picture was only 7 inches by 7 inches wide. The plug extends around 42 inches. We've had this for several months now, replacing a larger microwave. We didn't need one as big as the previous, so we chose this model. It easily fits a full size dinner plate. At 1,000 watts, it heats foods and drinks up plenty fast. For function, and size, it's 5 stars. I pulled 1 star for a simple reason - I can't get it to sit still. By that I mean that when I open or close the door, it's often shifting/moving on the counter. And that's due to it's very light weight. So far so good. It's a good little microwave just perfect for my tiny home and I've got to get used to the 1000 W power my other one was only $750 and I like this one a lot better I cooked popcorn in it the other day and send it to the popcorn setting and every Colonel popped and it was a perfect time no burnt popcorn. It took a minute to figure out the door safety feature and I had to turn it off because I don't have kids or nothing and I didn't like pushing the button just open the door but after I finally understood the instructions to shut it off it's absolutely perfect. After less than two years we are ready to throw this away. Buttons have slowly stopped working. Sometimes it keeps running the lights and fan after cooking and won’t shut off for hours or after jiggling the handle. This thing is absolutely not reliable. Do not buy!

My over the range unit died and I needed something immediately and bought this countertop model. It really is 1,000 watts and makes me realize my range unit was underperforming. The instructions on most frozen foods are finally accurate and I'm no longer having to add extra time to everything. I like the neutral white LED light (not yellow) that accurately depicts the look of the food while cooking. The lock feature is great if you have small kids in your household that could reach or climb onto the countertop suddenly while you're busy cooking.
