This is life changing for me with my dog’s hair. The app is so easy to use and the results on my floors are truly amazing. I would buy again. You can schedule cleans, do spot cleans-only, and regular vacuum and/or mop. However, things I wish I knew: It needs a decent amount of maintenance. From cleaning out the bins to changing the water solution, replacing the pads and filters, wiping down the unit/sensors, etc. I also have a two story home and the unit can only “map” one story at a time and store it in the app, so taking it upstairs means mapping it all over again *every time*. So I finally just kept it downstairs. The docking station also needs a decent amount of space: 1 ft each side and 2 feet in front, and close to a WiFi hub.

Initial review-- this shark Stratos is my 3rd attempt at having a robovac/mop. The first shark I had was great at vacuuming, not so much at mopping, until the dreaded 'front bumper error #9' happened after 6 mos, and despite all efforts, had to be junked. The second robovac, just a vacuum, was ok until the suction stopped working after 3 Mos. The shark Stratos, once it got the mapping right, has really delivered-- the vacuum suction on high gets the job done in one go; and the mopping function really keeps the sealed floors looking good. This robovac doesn't have problems with the fringe on the area rugs which was a serious issue with the previous robos. I like the wash/dry feature of the mopping pad, especially the choice of drying times. Emptying the dust container isn't difficult, just the usual careful disposal. The dirty water tank is best emptied after each mopping session, as it really does bring up any dirt on sealed floors. Filling the clean water/floor solution tank is very easy, no troubles there. This kind of tech is very useful for everyday cleaning-- I love being able to have this unit cleaning while I'm working, and not have to worry about the floors. The stratos does a good job of picking up pet fur, and the difference in having a robovac to clean daily vs my inconsistent vacuuming is a major selling point. I don't find the noise too much, and it's easy to have the unit working in designated rooms if I need more quiet in my workspace. I hope this unit continues working this well and I have finally found a reliable robovac model.

I received this as a birthday gift from my husband, and I have to say this has been the best thing ever!!! I have laminate hardwood floors everywhere and it does a wonderful job and I use it daily. I have had it since January and have only had to physically mop twice since then. it is great for every day cleaning and mopping, but just know you will still need to do some mopping in between especially if you have kids or pets. But overall, I feel like this has been a great investment and my floors have never been cleaner. The dust cup is easy to empty, and I keep the mop water filled and dump the dirty water every few times. The mop pads are easy to remove and throw in the wash. Pro tip I wash the mop pad after every mopping because I did notice if I reuse it, it will leave streaks. Also, I just use plain water to mop with no chemicals. when I have to physically mop myself I use a floor cleaner.

So far, I absolutely love this thing! I’ve had it a few weeks & the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because sometimes it doesn’t go in my bathroom. The floor is raised up a bit headed in there, but it has a “never stuck” feature which is supposed to help with that. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Aside from that it definitely gets the job done. Cleans great. I have a dog that sheds a lot, tracks dirt in the house, etc so I also run it numerous times a day on vacuum & mop. Sometimes back to back because I’m a little ocd. I can do 2 rounds of my main level without it draining the battery too much. It does have to return to base to refill the water tank though if I have it on max level, but as soon as it refills it goes back to where it left off. I didn’t have any issues with the mapping. It’s easy to set up. The app is self explanatory. It is a little on the pricier side, but I feel like it’s worth the money because it saves you a lot time and effort. I also like that I can use whatever floor cleaner I want. It leaves my house smelling amazing & I love that when I get off work I come home to 2 less things to do. It also does great with lifting it’s back end up while in mop/vac mode & going onto carpet so it will vacuum the carpet without getting it wet. Once it gets back to hard floor, it goes back to mopping. Hope this helps & if I have any updates or something goes wrong I will edit my post

1 week review. The idea of “only need to check on the robot vac every month” is great. This does not deliver. First issue is it looses connection to my eero network every few days and needs reset. Second the roller or brush gets full after 1-2 days of cleaning -and needs removed and cleaned. Last big issues is it hates chairs. It will spend all it battery life under my dinning room table doing circles and I have to carry it back to the dock. So now I have to pick up all my chairs when I got to bed like a bar at closing hour. When it cleans it works great and seems to do a great job but to day I have had very few full house clean days and I have a small house with only 4 room on it. Worth a try if you have no furniture or pets or WiFi ? But only at 1/2 the price.

I'm not sure I'm the right person to write this review... I really love Shark and Ninja products. I had a vacuum cleaner robot previously and a separate mop robot. First, I liked this vacuum because it's white and it doesn't get my baseboard dirty with black spots, not only because of the color but also because this one, apparently doesn't really bump into the baseboards of the house. The mop part of it is great, it has 2 reservoirs, 1 for clean water and the cleaning solution, and another reservoir for the dirty water after the service is done. It's a very neat solution and after it vacuum my apt, I order it to mop it too. What can I say??? I love the results so far. I've been using it for 3 weeks now.

The battery runs out way too quickly; it dies before it can even finish cleaning a single room. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And as for the claim that it’s marked down to $799—I think that’s a total lie; it’s not even worth $200. My old robot vacuum sweeps for over two hours straight. Don't buy it; I do not recommend it.
