Love this robot. It is excellent and does not mop the carpets. Worth it. Not too loud. Seems to do a good job with the vacuum portion. It won’t mop as well as hand mopping- but if you mop a couple times a week, the floors look great.

The start up was extremely frustrating. So much to where I almost boxed it back up and returned it. I had to search for actual videos too set it up. There's not just a simple way to turn it off and on. It also had a difficult time connecting to the internet. Then once it did finally connect the app wasnt showing what the video was. I had to uninstall and the reinstall it. Im on the fence still whether its a user friendly app or not. You do need to purchase Sharks floor cleaning products to use with the mop cycle. The directions were not clear at all onbthe setup manual or the bottle on how much to pour into the solution tank. So I def wasted a lot of solution because not knowing I should have used more water. The solution smell ok when you open the bottle and smell it. But once its on the floor I cant smell anything. Hopefully they will make stronger scents we can use. Ok the reason I gave it 4 stars.... After the frustration of not having clear instructions on how to setup, once I did have it setup and named Clean Latifah things started to run a lot smoother. I absolutely love that it cleans the mop. We live in the country. We have our doors open pretty much everyday. I have wide open rooms with no carpet, a husky, a lab and a Rottweiler, our floors get pretty dirty and plenty of dog hair. This vacuum has come through when it comes to getting all the pet hair and doing a pretty good job at vacuuming. I couldn't imagine having to pull off the mop rag after a few passes on in order to clean it. That was one of the main reasons it took me so long to purchase a 2 n 1 vacuum and mop. I will say it seems to do a good job at cleaning the mop pad. It has a big water/solution tank which is nice. Im not having to refill the tank but maybe every 4 or 5 cleanings. You can chose to just mop or have it vacuum and mop. All in all I am really enjoying this 2 n 1. It is worth the price. Its sleek looking yet quit big. I keep forgetting that a voice is going to come on telling me its filling its tank. It's a pretty quiet vac. Seems to charge pretty fast as well. I would Def recommend ... show more

This was a huge investment for me so I was sure to do my research. We had another robot before who would get stuck on everything, constantly error, get lost etc. I’ve had this product for a week and it does EXACTLY what you expect it to do with zero concern. It cleans so good, climbs over my dividers in rooms, hasn’t sucked up one cat toy, or needed assistance ONCE since set up. It cleans multiple times a day with no issue and it’s never lost!! My cats even bug it and the thing just reroutes around them and keeps it moving. It’s expensive but it’s worth it. ... show more

I LOVE THIS VAC/MOP! I wish I had bought one sooner. I don't like to use my ADHD as an excuse, but it definitely does make doing some things that others might find easy or minor, difficult and huge. For me, vacuuming and mopping are one of my biggest home keeping struggles. This thing does away with that struggle. I pick up a few things up off the floor (like my kids' toys and cats' toys), and let it go. When it's done vacuuming, I set it to mop, and I get back to whatever else I have to do. It's a Godsend for real. I went from rage vacuuming and spot mopping only when people were coming over, to vacuuming several times a week and mopping once a week (with a couple intermittent spot mops here and there) regardless if people are coming over or not. My floors have never been cleaner. This thing is worth every penny. I'm so grateful for this little robot. I've named her Rosey, like from the Jetsons, because she feels like the future. I’ve gone through a couple different brands of vacuum and mopping systems. This one works great and with minimal noise. It’s not quiet but it is less noisy than others I e tried. I love that it vacuums and then mops if that is what you want from it. It detects carpet and cleans those areas before cleaning hardwoods.
