Doesn't scrub as aggressively as I'd hoped BUT it scrubs well and is relatively quiet. Water lasts for a while. Cord is nice and long. Pads are easy to apply and remove and they wash well. This one came with 4 pads.

Good price, works as described, pads are easy to put on, take off and to wash. Does a really good job on our hardwood floors. One suggestion to that before using, make sure to vacuum the floor, this scrubber does not vacuum as it cleans, not an issue for me - we have a dog and frequent vacuuming is routine. We previously had a shark steam and clean that used a big pad and it did ok but at times wouldn't remove every stain and was physically tiring to use. First off we have only used this once and if anything negative comes up in the future I will update this review. This was so easy to use it really does move on its own. It cleaned the floors completely. The scrubbing pads were easy to attach and remove. The led lights were a bonus. We have laminate flooring and some vinyl plank. WHERE has this been all my life??!! I love this floor steamer/buffer/scrubber! I have two new 30 pound 5 month-old Stafford shire terrier mix puppies who have free rein of our very big fenced backyard and bring in dirt and sticks and mud and grass, etc. (not to mention the occasional whoops accident on my stone tile floor!) THIS is such a fantastic tool to combat them and their messes!! And it’s sad to say but I actually enjoy using it. The steam is immediate and very, very hot! Three different settings so you can use it on any floor without worrying about damage. I bought extra pads and I’m glad I did. The pads are really good because they’re bigger than most any other steam mop pad I’ve tried, and because they’re round they can get edges better when you push them up against the edges - like a corner base board, etc. If you’re on the fence, get it. I don't know how this gets the negative reviews. I wasn't sure this would do the job from reading the reviews. I wish I had bought this sooner. Takes the work out of cleaning Laminate flooring. No more pushing down on the Swifer to clean spills or dried drips of liquid. Just let this sit on it a few seconds and the spot is gone. Easy to use and love the steam coming out of the rotating pads. Just give the pads a quick scrub, dry them out and they are ready to go. ... show more
