I can highly recommend the Shark robot vacuum. I purchased the robot to help keep my hardwood floors clean of my dog's continuous shedding. I could not be more pleased. In addition to the vacuuming, the robot can be scheduled and also initiated through a phone app. It all works seamlessly and when cleaning is completed the robot returns to the docking station that is paired to the internet. The robot is able to avoid obstacles and redirect itself when blocked from its path. When cleaning carpeted areas it leaves tracks that define the areas it has cleaned. Once finished, the cleaning of the vacuum is very easy, emptying the collection drawer and cleaning the brushes. I am amazed at the amount of dog hair that is collected each time. My Shark saves me time and reduces the physical strain to my back of manual vacuuming. My floors look much cleaner since I started using the robot.

We bought this for my mother and she named it Kelo. He works amazingly and cleaned all of our home. We thought that he was not going to be able to pass through our hallway but it turns out he could. Make sure to pick up everything that could stop them though, like cables. It is important to know that they do not go organized but they do clean everything. Kelo is really silent and just got stuck once, but it was our fault (we had a curtain laying on the ground) and we received a notification of our phones. It is really easy to connect it to your mobile device. Finally, its battery life is extensive. If you are looking for a vacuum robot, this is the one, it is affordable and works great.

A great cleaning robot. Picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair. Works best if the floors are cleared and chairs (dining room) are put up. App is buggy at times, but does what you need it to. A tad on the loud side, but nothing you couldn’t sleep through.

Love it! I bought this on a whim and half expected to be disappointed but I love this robot! I can't believe how well it works. I have other Shark products that I love and this one is just as great. Goes under our furniture with ease. Small enough to run between chair legs. Hasn't gotten stuck yet. It is random but it somehow gets everything. We have a shepherd mix so we have lots of hair and dander. This saves me hours of time vaccuming. It does take a while to find its dock but to be fair it's in a weird place imy house. I've only used it on hard surfaces, except one throw rug which it did a decent job of but not exceptional. If you have hard surfaces this thing is awesome.

This robot vacuum was a complete disappointment. It randomly crashed into walls and furniture in the living room and kitchen, but never found its way down the hall and into the bedrooms and bathrooms. It also couldn't find its way back to the docking station, located in my office near the WIFI source. The suction was good, and it picked up dog hair, but not around the edges of the walls where the dog hair "tumbleweeds" tend to collect. After returning the Shark, I purchased an Ecovacs Deebot 500 and it is FANTASTIC! I run it first in Edge mode and it goes all through the house, feeling is way along the walls and furniture. That catches most of the tumbleweeds. Once it has made that outer perimeter, I run it on Random mode and it goes through the middle of the rooms. Unlike the Shark, which hits objects at full speed then turns around, the Deebot slows down when it senses it is about to hit an object. It lightly touches the wall or object, adjusts itself, and continues on its way. It also had no trouble locating the docking station. It transitions easily from tile to carpeting. I still can't believe how much dog hair and other debris is collected daily!!

I love this thing!! I named mine Bob. I have hardwood floors and a dog that sheds, plus a messy husband. But I also work every day and take care of my elderly mom, so there’s little time to vacuum. I let Bob do it now—sometimes the whole house and sometimes just a certain room or area. I’m shocked at how well he does the job and how rarely he gets stuck. I just shake out the rugs and move a few power cords and he does the rest. Truly a blessing and a bargain!!

I love my shark sooo much! So I consider myself a very clean person. I vacuum every other day, sweep daily, and mop at least once a week. Thought my floors were clean. WRONG. I ran this guy and he picked up soooo much dirt I was amazed. Run it every day now and stuff is always picked up: lots of dog hair especially since I have two dogs. It’s nice cause it can get under furniture where fur collects too. I noticed my floors shined a little more too from him then my shark stick vacuum. I think since it’s so low to the ground it can just collect more. Only complaint is it’s a little louder on the hardwood floors. Will never go without a robot vacuum ever again!

I have had a couple of Roomba's for years and one finally gave out. Being that I love all of my Shark/Ninja products over any other products, I bought this robot. Pros: It's so much more quieter than the Roomba It has great vacuuming power Battery lasts a very log time And good quality product Cons: It goes over the floor strips and ends up 8 out of 10 times stopping with an error Doesn't have a handle to pick up the unit Sometimes wish I could program it right on the robot Now all in all, it's a great vacuum, but if I'm spending most of my time resetting it because the diverters just move with the vacuum, it's easier to just run my hand vac or Roomba. I've found if I put my hand weights in the dooways, it works, but should need to do that. Was wondering if there's a different type of diverter that would work on this product?
