I wanted a lightweight vac that was easy to maneuver around. I chose one that was not cordless because my experience with them has not been great. I received my new stick vac and upon opening it it seemed pretty durable. It was simple to put together. Basically a hand vac on a stick but I knew that. I have a medium pile rug that I used it on and it did okay. I used it on my hard floors and it worked great. I like being able to vacuum under my couch easily as well as under my table and chairs. Very convenient. I wish it had a place on it to store the attachments but overall, I am pleased with it. And the price wasn't bad. So far, I would recommend this vacuum.

I bought this for my RV. I need something that has lots of power, but isn’t too bulky. Something that can store easy. This works great for my needs around our 5th wheel. I read so many reviews saying that most didn’t like that fact that the vacuum can’t stand on its own. I haven’t had any issue with propping it up against a wall when it’s not in my hand. The attachments are perfect for my needs. Luv how easy it is to release the long hose from the base. Also luv the light. Never thought I’d enjoy having a vacuum light until I vacuumed an RV. lol The easy clean canister is a plus. The vacuum is a little top heavy, but it’s definitely still usable for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m able to use it fine for my small Rv space. I tried this vacuum at my house first. It glides so easy on our carpet, and maneuvers around furniture like nobody’s business. After using it for about 20 minutes I did have to take a break because of my arthritis. So it being top heavy may affect someone’s ability to just vacuum all at once if they have medical issues. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s got great suction. There’s so many reviews saying it’s top heavy so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. I was looking for a vacuum with a strong suction that was fairly compact. Also, one you can use the hose and attachments with ease. This vacuum is it. Highly recommend.

I work cleaning airbnbs so I bought this vacuum for my job and it's very portable and easy to clean and does a good job. I love it sometimes I even use it at home too.

I purchased a "Renewed" Shark Rocket HV370 vacuum...I didn't realize it was refurbished until I read the insert that came with it stating that it was a refurbished product (it did say "RENEWED" in the description, I just overlooked it). I NEVER buy something that has been refurbished and thought I was getting a good deal because it was a Prime Day product. Now having said all that, I used the vacuum all over my house prior to finding out it was a refurbished vacuum and it was FANTASTIC! I was wondering why it didn't come in a retail Shark vacuum box (came in a plain brown cardboard box), but again, I didn't think much of it...it was easy to use, lightweight, GREAT suction power and easy-to-use attachments. I especially liked the dirt cup because you just hold it over the trash can, push a button and the cup opens and empties without getting your hands dirty -there is no cloth "filter" that collects dust requiring one to scrape it off. Very satisfied with this product - hopefully, even though it is refurbished, it will last a long time...

This is absolutely the best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned in my entire life I don't lose any power it's easy to pick up it's easy to carry it's easy to break down it's easy to use the parts all stay together it's I think five pounds maybe 10 pounds and like I said I've used sharks I've used good good vacuum cleaners and I'll tell you what this is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned I had a friend who I I got a suggestion from and he bought one of those but he bought the battery powered ones but he's single and doesn't need the power like I need it cuz we have two animals and three adults in a three bedroom split level home in a Beach community which has lots of sand lots of dirt lots of leaves and we do garden lawn and go outside so that's a lot of stuff being brought into the floors and I can use that on carpets on wooden floors on tile it's very very good vacuum cleaner and easy to use easy to clean and that's the best from a professional cleaners standpoint
