    • Great as a basic vacuum
Color: Gray
This is a great basic vacuum. It does not have LIDAR or any logical path that it follows to clean the floor but it does do a basic good job. The unit I had stopped working after about 2 months of using it 2x a week. This ended up in a return to the store I purchased it from under the Amazon umbrella. The store that I bought it for under the Amazon umbrella is a liar and would rather go against their own policies instead of issuing a refund for a defective product. ... show more

    • Absolutely love, my shark!

Review Image by Aliciae621 Aliciae621
The media could not be loaded. Let me first say that I originally requested a refund because I did not know how to actually turn on the device. After I requested the return, I discovered the power button! lol. Full disclosure I have two dogs and four cats and three children. Needless to say, my home needs to be vacuumed once a day at minimum! I have a large home with wood floors, tile floors, and carpeting. Some of my rooms have transition pieces between the different floor types. I have owned five different brands of robot vacuums and when I tell you, I have spent anywhere from $700 on a Roomba to $65 on a no-name brand. I purchased my shark refurbished at $100 and it is by far the best robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased. I am very happy and I am actually considering purchasing another one for the other side of my home I have not even set up the Wi-Fi feature and I have had no problems with it. Going missing under furniture or getting stuck anywhere ever it has great suction and fantastic battery life. The carpet actually looks like it was done with a standup vacuum. Once it’s completed. The only downside is it is a little difficult to open up the compartment to empty it out that is my only complaint . Buy the vacuum. You will not be disappointed ... show more

    • Does not hold charge
Color: Gray
After 5 months would no longer charge. Ordered a new battery…still nothing. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue.

    • Did not work
Color: Gray
This item did not work I returned the item unused in the same packaging within 10 days of receipt and they kept my money and did not refund the $100 I paid for it. This company is a rip off
