It includes everything you need to make a basic espresso coffee and includes single cup, espresso, double, espresso, scoop, and tamper. It heats up pretty quickly, but it did take 3 minutes time after making two espresso shots. If you’re making a lot of it back to back, it may take a while. It worked great despite my limited knowledge on how to correctly pack an espresso shot. We figured it out by the third cup with almost no knowledge and without studying the instructions. However, it was difficult to figure out where the coffee would pour out, so we recommend not using to espresso cups, like we did, at least not initially. The foam was made quickly and easily especially as this was the first time we had ever made foam. The instructions were very clear walking through the process of cleaning it before first use and for cleaning after using. It didn’t advise cleaning the steamer before first use however we did do that by just running water through it. This is a great item with a great price point and I recommend this Espresso Machine!

Such a huge disappointment. Very excited to use this new gift. But the cup that holds the espresso grounds doesn’t even have holes in it. The coffee cannot get through and it taste like water. I have tried to contact the company. The phone number just rings busy all the time. I have not had a response yet to the email I sent. Very disappointing

I have to say that this machine is pretty solid. I was unsure if I wanted to switch away from my pod based espresso setup with stand alone milk Frother. So I got this and although it looks mechanical to someone who never used a portafilter and wand steamer, if you've been to coffee shops before you may have an idea how to begin. The buttons and temperature control are all simple to use. There are pre heat settings once the water temp is reached for the portafilter, it's ready to use and likewise for making hotter water for the steamed milk. It comes with everything you need except for an espresso cup and a metal pitcher for the milk. You need to get those separately. Along with a beans grinder to have a fresh grind each pour. Highly recommend it for a beginner.
