These have the best tie downs. The extra long shade as this one is should be hung by 2 people though. It was very hard to do by yourself. I gave a 4 instead of 5 because the shade material is not the most attractive but the tie downs are way better than most competitors.

I'm a four star kinda guy. This one is a five star. Very well engineered and versatile. Quality finish, and a heavy gauge fabric. The clutch system holds the bottom up at whatever height is desired and it is easy to crank it up and down to protect it from any strong winds that might pop up. Great value, and for the person interested in a on demand shade for a porch or pergola you will be happy. One small (pardon the pun) recommendation and that is that the manufacturer provide the installation instructions in a larger font, for old geezers like me. Well done, seller.
