Here's what my experience was: The frame arrived on time and quickly, was well packed, and very easy to transport. The issues arose when it came time to attach the headboard and footboard to the rest of the frame. After taking the frame apart twice and going over the steps multiple times, I still could not get the holes to align enough to get the prescribed screws in. After realizing that they simply wouldn't align, I emailed the seller and got a quick response asking me for more information about the frame. I sent it along and within the next communication, they were sending me a new frame at no charge to me! While assembling the new frame, I still noticed that just one hole wasn't super well aligned despite everything else fitting perfectly, but I was able to secure it enough that I feel confident sleeping on it. Pros: -beautiful headboard and frame -fast customer service and solution finding -relatively straightforward instructions with putting things together Cons: -quality control seems to be an issue with parts -the bed does indeed squeak a little during "adult activities" Overall, a mediocre experience that was aided by the fantastic job of the customer service provided by the seller!

I'll be sleeping on this for many years to come as it's easily large enough and sturdy enough for me, two small dogs, and a cat. Shipment was much faster than anticipated and assembly was a breeze, with only one hiccup. I struggled to screw in one bolt in for 10 minutes or so & couldn't get it to grab so I went into the 'spare parts' bag, found another, and it went in immediately. Instructions were clear, and this attractive bed was priced just right. Thanks!!

The design at the price is why I purchased this for my boy. It looks good and seems sturdy enough for a 6yo. I marked this down because my box was crushed and open. All the parts were just thrown in the box as if I was getting a returned item. The instructions were not difficult if you’ve built numerous other things. But the most difficult part of this was getting the headboard and footing on to the rails. The tolerance is tight. I had to use a lot of muscle to line the holes up. I got it and I’m happy with it for the price paid.

Bed frame looks amazing, not so hard to put together BUT, I had the worst sleep, back pains sleeping with the bed frame. I have a 10” foam mattress is much better on the ground than on this bed frame. It stiffens the bed and It ruined the experience completely. Now my bed is back on the floor while I look for a better frame.

The headboard is very pretty, I have not put my mattress on and slept in it yet, but I’d say the headboard was the hardest to put together, the holes don’t align properly and one of the support poles came a little bent, but after putting it together the wood straightened it out. Other than that it was pretty simple to put together and only took me like an hour and a half total.

Comes in a-billion pieces, with 2 Allen wrenches. Your fingers will be raw by the time you are finished. Make sure you have someone to lend a hand because it is not meant for 1 person to assemble!! Started at 2pm, didn't finish until 9pm. It's great the first night, but by the 2nd it's very squeaky. You think you need to tighten things up, but it doesn't help at all. Very annoying!! Probably going to keep the head board but buy a much sturdier frame itself. I guess that's what I get for buying a lower priced bed frame. Spend the extra $$ on something solid! *Thumbs down*

I do like the bed. It’s exactly as described. However, some parts were slightly off. Meaning a bit unstraight so it took a bit of force to get some pieces in place. Additionally when my frame arrived I moved my bed and got prepared to assemble and oh wait, I didn’t have hardware! The customer service to resolve this issue was great and speedy. Unfortunately I still had to wait several extra days for the parts to arrive so I could assemble it. Ultimately I am happy with my purchase.
