My new guest room needed a bed. I wanted something neutral, that could go with any other furniture in the room, and most importantly, not expensive. I liked the simplicity of this frame. I liked that it had the shelf, and I liked the colors. It's lightweight before you put a mattress on it, but after, it weighs enough it doesn't slide around, but not so heavy you can't move it if you need to. It was fairly easy to put together. The instructions are pictures only, no written, so pay attention to where the holes are in the bars! We messed that up a couple of times and had to backtrack, take a couple pieces apart, turn the bars, then reattach. Even doing that, it only took about 45 minutes to put together. We did get to the headboard at the very end and realized the bottom bars were backwards, instead of taking everything back apart, we attached it backwards, and it still looks great! I would say it's a medium height. There is plenty of room underneath to put baskets or shoes or whatever. The support is fantastic, there are a ton of support bars. I've walked on the mattress on this frame multiple times and not heard a creak, not felt like it would collapse at all. I don't think I could have found anything better at this price, for what I was looking for. Very happy.

Sturdy, quiet, easy to assemble. I’m giving four out of five stars because the instructions could be clearer as far as the screw placement. Bed frame works well, but could benefit from a slight lip under the mattress or guard rail to prevent mattress or boxspring from sliding, and the screws are made from cheap metal very easy to over torque them using Only the hand provided. If you are handy, you have extra time, I suggest stopping by the Handy store and buying your own screws. Package arrived on time and unscathed. Package was moderately heavy which is good because you get quality metal frame.

Really needed a new bed and this was great! Easy enough to put together, but maybe buy an electric drill, it will save you so much time and will save your hands the strain. The bed is sturdy and quiet, it's great!
