I'm reviewing the product is the Twin XL Size Adjustable, Electronic Bed Metal Bedframe sold by SHA CERLIN purchased in early February of 2024. A bit of a background about me (as my background may align with yours): I'm an American, and I buy based on VALUE (i.e. good quality and functionality with a competitive price). With food costs having gone up 20-30%, I'm sure many fellow Americans understand where I am coming from (not to mention how exorbitant gas costs have gone up as well). I've used the Twin XL Size Adjustable Bedframe by SHA CERLIN for about a month now, and found it to FIT ALL MY NEEDS. It was easy to assembly (aside from the misaligned pre-drilled holes snafu), came with all the tools you need (although I would suggest a power screw to make the process much faster). The instructions were clear, and I was done in about an hour. As for every day use, it is great. There was not a time that the motor has stopped or froze which was one of my biggest concerns. The frame has never collapsed backwards when it was in an upright position, which was another concern of mine. It feels very sturdy, and I weight about 200 lbs. Overall, I WOULD PURCHASE THIS FRAME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. Here is my update with the issue of misaligned holes: After emailing the seller, SHA CERLIN, via Amazon, I was surprised when they responded to my email quickly (and on a weekend as well!). SHA CERLIN apologized for the mishap, and instead of offering to send me new boards with the drilled holes in the correct places, SHA CERLI offered me a partial refund of $80 for the twin size bed. I'm fairly handy (when I want to be), so I accepted their offer. Once I accepted, they promptly refunded me via Amazon, and I was very satisfied with the refund. I filled up the holes, waited for it to dry and re-drilled and sanded the holes. It did take a full day's work, but I was very happy with the outcome. Here is my first review of this product: I found that after assembling for about an hour, I discovered two of the wooden planks (M and N) have pre-drilled screw holes that do not match up with the position of the holes in the frame. Furthermore, I found that I can not simply drill new holes, because the current, drilled and misaligned holes overlie where the new holes would need to be! I would I'm very disappointed and can not recommend this bed, because customers can not set it up with the way it current is!

It took me and my wife probably a little over three hours to build. We weren’t rushing but it is a lengthy process. The Video and the manual instructions are a little different I recommend having both handy because the video I found has no sound. The manual clarifies some of the hardware needing to be used. The more room you have to work the easier building the bed base will be. We built ours inside our existing bed frame and it was a tight/perfect fit. However the cramped space made it a little difficult to put together. It takes more than one person if you follow the video instructions because you have to flip the frame over a couple of times. At first I was skeptical but once together it looked like the ones in the store. It works great with very smooth operation and is unbelievably quiet. We love it so far.

I bought a new mattress and the sales person tried to sell me an adjustable base, but it was so expensive, I passed. Then I saw this one and decided it was worth a try at this price. It was easy to assemble and definitely feels strong enough to hold my mattress and us. It moves nice and smooth and quietly. The remote has all the features I need. I have never had an adjustable bed before, I really like it. I sleep with my head raised a little all the time now. I also like to raise my head and feet to watch TV in bed. Recommended.

I had a terrible experience with this seller. The bed I ordered arrived with a defective part (part Q) that had Velcro on the wrong side, making it impossible to complete the assembly. This issue caused significant delays and additional costs as I had to reschedule my handyman and now have to pay him again. When I reported the problem, the seller initially suggested I fix it myself and offered a meager $40 partial refund. After some back and forth and following their instructions, I injured myself trying to fix the issue. I also had to order a heavy duty stapler for wood trying to fix the issue which seller has refused to compensate as well. The seller also refused to accept any of my counteroffers which were only fair. Throughout the process, the seller was unhelpful and did not seem to have good intentions to resolve the issue satisfactorily. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I have been looking for an adjustable bottom for my father-in-law and this one is absolutely perfect. It’s not too hard to assemble but enough pieces for me to have my husband do it. It only took him about an hour to put it together and it works perfectly and it’s about half the price of adjustable beds with both ends moving Then you would find in the furniture store

Very Impressed with my Electric Adjustable Bed. My back was hurting quite a bit. I have Sciatica and it can be a bit intense. I wanted an electric bed but for the price I couldn't afford it. Never say that until you've researched Amazon. I am really enjoying this bed. Especially for TV in bed. I have learned to adjust my upper back and adding height to my feet and I am getting less pain in my back and sleeping much better. It is a lengthy process to put the bed together but just think if you had to pay for delivery and set up it could possibly cost you $500 dollars or more. Its not a one man job either and before you place the order it informs you of the weight 120 lbs and a 2 man set up. My son and grandkids set this up in about 45 minutes - 1 hour and they said it wasn't hard at all. Overall I thank the vendor for such a good bargain and I will continue to ENJOY this adjustable bed. Kudos!!
