Came very well packaged. This is a very sturdy set, the cushions are vacuumed packed so it will take awhile to fluff up, I got the red but its more rust colored still very vibrant!! My husband is 6'2 and he said they were pretty comfortable for him. It wasn't hard to put together, I would recommend using a Ratchet with a 10 millimeter socket instead of the tool that comes with it. Instructions were easy to follow, I had the set put together in a couple hours (taking a few short breaks) l have zero regrets with this purchase and can't wait till it warms up to put on my deck!!

These chairs are comfortable, and they swivel and glide. Packaged very well to protect contents. Assembly pretty straight forward. Took 2 hrs to unpack from box and assemble 2 chairs and a table. Nothing complicated. Use a drill driver.

Love the look. Some work assembling but just take your time & follow directions. One strand of wicker did come loose at one end. Fixable but disappointing. Good price for what they are. Rocker & swivel work fine. Pretty comfortable. We bought foot stools to match with a cushion on them. Really make relaxing in these chairs complete.

Wow, to sit in this after the hour, or so, it took to assemble was pure ahhh. You just sink right into soft, large cushions and there's a wonderful, easy rocking mechanism. I actually already spilled a bit of coffee on the seat cushion and ran to get a napkin but there was nothing to clean up. All the coffee formed beads and rolled off onto the patio floor. Cool! Quite a nice perk. Assembly was simple - 12 year old could do it. I found it was easier if I used a socket wrench and my own crescent wrench instead of the allen wrench and crescent wrench 'toy' that came with it. Very pleased with this purchase!

We purchased this set for our lanai. It does come in a large heavy box. Everything has to be put together, which if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, you shouldn't have a problem (I put it together in a couple hours while my husband was working) following the directions. It's very well made and packaged nicely, looks great and is comfortable!!

Assembly on 1 of the chairs was difficult as the back rest holes did not line up (step 3 instructions) after screwing on the arms. I proceeded to assemble the second and it went fine. Because I did not want to have to deal with a return and assembly again I decided to start with step 3 on the chair with misaligned holes, and man (woman) handled step 2 (arms). This is not recommended but I’m the make it work type of person. They feel and appear sturdy, and they look nice. The cushions are stiff but I’m guessing time and use will tell. If you are short the seat is very deep. This is fine for my husband (although) he added some extra padding for now. I will likely need to buy a back cushion so I can sit ergonomically in the chair. In order to use the back rest my legs won’t touch the floor and I can’t bend my knees.
