I have some severe foot pain in both feet from nerve damage in my back and hips. I'm constantly looking for different ways to relieve pain that doesn't involve medication. I found these night splints through a Google search. I swear, I've never even heard of night splints. I bought myself two of these and loved that they came with arch supports for day use. I have very high arches and I wear work boots for my job, which don't come with insoles for women with high arches. Anyway, I love these day time arch supports. They've helped relieve, I'd say, undoubtedly, 90% of the the extreme pain I used to feel. Those alone made the purchase so worth it. As for the night splints, I've been using them as the directions tell you to. I knew this wasn't going to be an all night thing all at once. I started with an hour, then the day after- an hour again lol then an hour and a half the next day, and so on. I do yoga as well, so I'm quite flexible, but these splints give a deeper stretch and keep your foot and ankle aligned. It's something that needs to be worked in and not forced. I've been able to crack parts of my ankle that have been tight, which has in turn created more movement in feet :)

I ordered this split several weeks ago, to upgrade from another split that I had purchased and was quite happy with. In fact, I had claimed it "checked all the boxes", but this new blue splint is indeed superior! In general, it is a better design, with one wide band above the ankle and one around the foot. Material is breathable, soft, comfortable, and the velcro material is super strong. The single strap effectively keep the foot in a 90-degree dorsiflexion which passively stretches the plantar fascia while you sleep. I am able to easily wear it all night without any problems and it has already helped with my fasciitis. In addition, a pair of foot arch support sleeves was included in the order. I slip these on while watching a movie, for example, for a few hours and they feel great. I have not worn them in shoes. All in all, I am delighted with my purchase and feel as if the split is the number one approach to my heel issue. It is simple and effective . . . I didn't realize healing could be this easy!

I've had a few different plantar fasciitis night splints over the years and this by far is the most comfortable I've worn. It comes flat so there are instructions on setting it up but they are easy to follow and have pictures. The bottom where my foot goes has a little rubber design to help keep your foot from sliding and it works well. If I need to jump out of bed in the middle of the night I don't have to worry about taking it off or trying to hobble because it's comfortable enough to walk on. The arch supports are a great added bonus! I tossed them in my work bag and wear them on my daily walks or when my feet are feeling tired painful. They tell you which foot they are for and are fully adjustable with velcro. Definitely would recommend this brace!

I bought this to replace the pair I bought back in February. I started wearing them for achilles tendonitis in both heels. My condition has all but disappeared in my left and tremendously improved in my right. I had an old injury to that tendon already. This new design came with arch supports. The design is better it offers a foot pad to rest your foot on which is better than just the velcro strapping around the end of the foot. I really like the one strap design better than the double and this one is attached to the end of the footrest. Please note that this is only one boot. If you need two as I did in the beginning make sure you select 2. Overall I think this boot will be much more comfortable in bed at night. They’re not romantic but if you’re having issues with your feet or heels they are the best solution. Once you get used to sleeping with them they’re great!
