Quick run down about what I like about this product: 1. lightweight cool material 2. Easily adjustable 3. Effectiveness in providing instant relief. From the moment I put it on, I felt more stability in my knee. 4. Easy and very convenient to carry. This knee strap brace helps soothe away the muscle strain almost after putting it on! It's been my go-to pain relief solution! I couldn't have found it any sooner though. Previously, I relied on basic ice packs to calm my strained muscles. But I’ve ditched the ice for this It's really good for post gym sessions. As good as strength training is, it's not an instant healing process. So this is great for stability afterwards, making the two a pretty good 1 2 combination as my knee strengthens overtime through fitness. These patellar tendon straps serve their purpose and reduce pain during activity for people with osgood schlatter or patellar tendonitis (jumper's knee). They are very well made and stay put during running, jumping, etc. I run multiple miles at a time in them and I don't ever need to re-tighten them during the run. After about a month of running 5 days a week the hook and loop still works well. Highly recommend.

Firstly, one package comes with two straps. I didn't realize at first and ordered two, thinking it was a single strap. Having an extra for the other knee is great! This is the third type I ordered and tried, and it's by far the best. The support and design exceed the others (Sleeve Stars Patellar Tendon Support Strap & OrthoSleeve PS3 Patella Compression). Just get this one and be done.
