The photos are a little misleading, skilled adults using this bag. It is a bit smaller than expected and does not have the rebound speed needed for an adult to use it seriously. Our workout space is in a carpet room but the base of this bag is filled with water so it is best kept outside or in a garage (in case of leaks). Base can be filled with sand as an alternative to water. The people ins all the photos appear to be taller than the bag or kicking over their head at the top section of the bag but the bag sands only 5'3" tall (if filled completely full) so unless you are a vertically challenged adult, this bag will be too small for you.     • Good for kids; adults not so much
So I'm a practicing Karate Black belt so I've kicked a bag or two in my time. Saw this and thought it would be good for around the house but its not quite what it advertises. First of all the base after filling with water; needs a lot more. This would be much better served filling with sand which they do tell you is an option; but then you need to go and get some sand. When filling with water there are several valves on the bottom, be sure to close off those you aren't using otherwise you will end up spilling water. Second once you inflate the dummy its no where near the height they advertise. Unless that martial artist is extremely short and can only kick up to 4' height this isn't what I got. Third, you hit it; it bounces down and comes back (slowly). This is more like those kid toys (the clowns) that would return to the upright position. Thus more suited to kids and not for practicing adults. After hitting it a few times and giving it a roundhouse kick I'm not convinced this would last for very long. Kids yes (and I mean young kids), older kids or adults its a no for me. ... show more

We ordered this for my teenage son for Christmas, and while it is advertised for adults or children, it only comes up to my son's mid-chest. The pictures for the product depict a tall punching bag that is adult size. The product received is not the product as pictured. The packaging that comes with the product tells you not to give a bad review and just let them replace the product or return the product.     • It got teared in 1 fist punch
It was good and easy to assemble but they gave me no blower so had to blow air with my mouth to fill it up. Then when i tried to box, it got teared in 1 punch. Im very disappointed

This is a lot smaller then I expected, that being said my nephews love it when they come over. It keeps them entertained and they love it. They are only 8 and 10. But as far as an adult using it I don’t see it holding up.

This bag is a joke. Even fully inflated, it won't stand straight. It is so tiny and I am only 5 feet tall! Complete waste of money.

I was worried about how long an inflatable punching bag could possibly last, but my kids are enjoying working out their frustrations on something that doesn't hit back so that's a bonus.
