Where do I even begin? The item I received was used and even had the return authorization slip from the previous buyer. The hose had also suffered a catastrophic failure which makes me question the durability. I only received a hose - none of the nozzles or other items were present. On top of all that, since I touched the hose before realizing it was used it means that I may have technically touched someone else's poop. Gross! ... show more
