So far I'm impressed. Handles a very heavy duty. It cooled down very quickly and isn't noisy whatsoever. Left yesterday. 700 miles and it worked flawlessly. Held 37 degrees the whole day. Totally impressed. 12v or 110 is awesome. No more bags of ice or wet food.

The Setpower cooler/refrigerator is amazing and exactly what we needed! We had a smaller cooler prior to purchasing this one, a little hesitant to buy because of the price but we are glad we did! The size is fantastic for camping and for use as a back up/extra for our 5th Wheel Trailer. We have used this for about 6 months over the past year and it is still working well. The DC cable is the old version and is not the greatest, but SetPower customer service is working with us to replace it! Highly recommended to anyone needing a portable refrigerator for home or on the go!

The media could not be loaded. I got this fridge because Inna situation where ineoukd have it in SUV majority of the time and I'm always on the road. Bought this in April and practically used it everyday. Works well keeps everything cool but definitely worth buying the cover comes with it makes a huge different. Amd I like the handles makes it easier to pick up and tote around. And decent size for what I need plenty room for snacks, drinks, condiments and even some medicine I keep in there. And I like the appearance it's a cool even came with stickers or yiu can get your decorate it. But one gripe if any I have is the cord itself. It tends to get very warm at times especially with me leaving it in vehicle. So to save my portable battery I use and power I keep vent from being blocked. Also I bought the cover I mentioned before and try to park in shade so the motor doesn't have to run excessively which does save power when using unit. But also when using AC outlet the connection (in which you use the DC connection into the AC plug) which you have to press together which doesn't catch or locked in like similarly pressing into your lighter plug in vehicle for DC power. The connection is lost easily by barely bumping the connection where the AC/DC join, and you have to press it back together if it get jostled sometimes in the slightest way. I don't know if I'm missing something wish it locked in some kind of way. But outside of that the adapter which gets warms when motor (ac compressor?) In unit is running expensively [note I have left mine on for 8+hrs to whole days runs fine. Also another note my car I used this in is older CRV with a not so new battery and using DC plug in cat without actually driving vehicle runs the risk of wearing by battery down. So be aware of what your vehicle is capable of handling far as that goes. Otherwise the connections work fine and I would use if necessary while driving so battery constantly charging but not while I'm sitting idle somewhere. Or definitely wouldn't with just ACC switched on my battery personally can't handle it to long. Need to get a new one anyway soon and alternator but that's another irrelevant story lol Overall very happy with the unit and praying it last for sometime sp I can keep using it. It's been a life saver plus thinking about upgrading to a bigger unit. Worth a buy and a try if you looking for a good affordable portable refrigerator for your adventure. I use a power station with mine I use usually works great!

I have a friend that has a 40 cooler like this. I told him I was going to order this cooler for my big rig drive across America with it but when I get it I put in my truck for a week he said you like it I said yes so far, but I gotta put it through the test he said what kind of test is that? I gotta put it in my pick up truck at 2:50 super crew cab I live in Texas road the windows up plug it in put it to 35° monitor temperature in the truck. The truck got up to 110° and the cooler stayed at 35° for 3 days and I said well it passed my test so it’s well worth the money and a really good cooler he had his for going on four years with his. This is a great choice. I recommend it to anybody that wants one. And at night in my truck, you can push the button and it’s just the light off but the cooler stays on so it won’t keep you up at night but it’s a great cooler. Well worth the money. I recommend this product to anybody and great brand.

We received the cooler in 2days as promised. We were traveling to Texas the next morning, set the cooler in backseat floor set temp to 33 degrees F. It reached its temp in a few minutes and held it without any deviation. For 3 days of the day trip it set outside in sun and shade with the day’s temperature highs range from 103 degrees to 105 degrees and it never moved from the 33 degree setting. The 12 hour drive home it was set to 0 degrees and filled with ice cream and other items with little unused space and it performed perfectly. Everything was frozen just as it was at the time of purchase. Outstanding!!! A very quiet cooler easy to operate with all the hardware you need. So the next test is how long will it last? With a 3 year compressor warranty and a reasonable price for a 55 quart capacity we are very pleased.

This cooler is amazing! We used this SetPower AJ50 to transport frozen breast milk! For 7 days it kept it frozen, we were able to bring the extra home and put it back in the freezer! This is like liquid gold and it was scary honestly. Having a preemie that was very early who depends on that milk and having it safe means everything!! But I was overjoyed that it works so well! The breast milk stayed totally frozen until we needed it! We set our cooler to 00 over night and put the battery on(sold separately)at 10 with the cooler on eco and it was good for 11 hours and still had 7% battery left! And the temperature was still 00! We had ice cream in the woods for the first time!
