These arrived today in a very large and somewhat damaged box. Although heavy, I was able to carry it up a long flight of stairs by myself. Though the outer box was damaged, the product was well packed inside and in perfect condition. The instructions suggest that it may take 2 people to assemble these, but I have no idea what the second person would do. I was able to assemble each stool in about 5 minutes on my own using only the enclosed tool. Pieces fit well and tightly together, resulting in sturdy stools. They look nice and are exactly what I had in mind for my bar-height island between living room and kitchen. They are not flimsy, but are small enough not to take up too much space. Decent chair that hold a lot of weight. Sturdy built and easily adjustable height. I took a star off because the finish was not perfect, but some touch up with some minwax finish was sufficient. These bar stools were very easy to assemble. They are beautiful, we get compliments on them all the time. Ok he product is quality and sturdy. However they are NOT comfortable. Make sure to buy or make cushions. The back is tiny so leaning back isn’t easy for everyone.

I bought these as a set with a table, not knowing you could get all three to match until I had so much trouble getting them. They are sent seperate, the box was sent back of the stools because it was damaged before it even got to me. I called and they said they would issue a refund. After them mailing out another table, and talking to three people I finally got the stools. But my table is copper and the chairs are black. I've delt with them for three days over all this and it was pain, But the table and stools are very nice and go great on the porch of our old log cabin. Just not happy at all that they don't match. And I was planning on ordering some more stuff through them until this disaster. ... show more

Very easy to put together, comfortable, and stylish. Love the true bronze color and the wood grains are beautiful. We had them put together in less than 5 minutes (both stools). It's great that they're adjustable in height. They're sturdy (I'm 230 lbs) with no wobbling. They have rubberized feet on the bottom to keep from scratching the floors.
