I really think these lamps are nice looking. They fit in well with the two places that we had for them. The night light (lower bulb) has three brightness levels and an “off” position. That’s a nice touch. Assembly was relatively easy, except for the two lamp shades. Assembling the lamp shades is definitely a two-person job. With two people, assembly was easier, and they went together well. One negative is that the upper light (shaded light) that came with the lamp is not very bright. You are limited to a maximum 10-watt bulb. We swapped out the included bulbs for ones that were brighter, staying below the 10-watt maximum. That helped. The two USB ports are at the back of the base. I would have preferred having them in the front for easier access. Overall, I would rate these as four stars and would recommend them to a friend. Easier lamp shade assembly, move the USB ports to the front, and a brighter upper bulb would have yielded a perfect five-star rating. I hope you find this information helpful.

The media could not be loaded. Arrives well packaged. Very shocked and surprised to see that you literally have to assemble the lamp shade by rolling material around the hoops that have velcro on them. Not a complete deal breaker, but I find it humorous that they fail to mention that in the description. The lamps are decently heavy. They are pretty overall. I like the touch option for the bottom light. Included bulbs is a nice touch. There are built in USB ports as well. I don't really like the look of the shade. Mine are a bit wonky. Perhaps I didn't build them right! Lol! I think we will replace them and be good to go. They look more expensive than they are overall.

So, these lamps are pretty nice so far. Assembly was easy, and it came with the bulbs you need, which was kind of a surprise. Also, I was originally very disappointed and confused when I opened the shipping box and saw how small the product box was. I thought, "Wow, I thought I ordered two lamps? Why did they only send me one?" and then I opened the product box. There were two lamps inside. I had never expected a lamp to have so much assembly involved--specifically with the shade. You get two (four total) circular pieces of metal with velcro around the rim. The shades are rolled up, and have velcro around the top and bottom edges. It's basically up to you and how patient you are in assembling this as to how good your lamps look. So, ya know, take your time. Or, you can just buy some different shades at some point. They work fine for now, though. I appreciate that the bases have two USB ports on them so you can charge multiple things or plug in a hub if you really needed to. The bottom bulbs are kind of weird at first, since they're controlled by the button at the base, but you get used to them since they're not that bright. They're good for adding a small amount of light while watching TV or a movie.

Everything about these lamps was awesome. Packaging was great, the shipping box was not too big. Setting the lamp up was quite easy. Now the lamps came with 2 sockets for bulbs on each lamp. One on the lower part and one under the shade. The traditional lamp look with USB ports adds a bit of modern day techno to it. Have two socket for bulbs on each lamp is great also. They even came with the 4 bulbs. My friend bought 2 lamps other day at Burlington without usb ports, ann paid $100. SO this is a great deal. Love it.

I like these lamps. They look good and are very sturdy. An interesting design, with a bare bulb down low, and regular bulb in the shade. Makes for a nice nightlight or TV watching light using the bare bulb (which has three brightness levels). Comes with two bulbs per lamp, and assembly is fairly easy, except for the part where you attach the rolled up shade material to the shade frame pieces. Be sure to use your third hand to help. If you like the design, this is a good value. These are full-size (to me) lamps, not miniature bedtable lamps.

These are the perfect addition to my livingroom end tables to give the room a little more ambient light and cozy feel. Everything feels high quality and sturdy and I really like the usb ports in the base! I've never seen this kind of lamp shade before but it's kind of cool, it's velcro and you roll the shade yourself. Very interesting for sure lol
