I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set. ... show more

I have looked around everywhere for this kind a patio couch. This one I found on Amazon is perfect! The seats on the couch are super comfy and soft. Beautiful patio set. It is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. It took us a few hours but all parts arrived on time and unbent. The frames are thick and sturdy. Extra screws for each part and tools included. The fabric is really pretty and since it will be on a covered patio with drapes, it should last for a long time. ... show more

Know that the set comes in many boxes and not delivered at the same time. Had no issues with assembly and the furniture set is study and very comfortable. Looks high end, cushions are thick and well made.

All cushion covers were labeled wrong. The sewing on three seat cushions was incomplete causing the zippers to split. Paint on the furniture scratches easily.

We have not opened the boxes yet, it was -4 degrees at 11:00 this morning. So we will wait a month or two. The set will be on our patio later. Service was great and reasonable price. Pictures looked great and the metal frame will match our railing. We hope all is there when we open them.

Unfortunately these beautiful set of chairs rusted after one rain and dripped all over my patio. I was sent two new chairs. Now waiting for rain to see if they will rust or not.
