I ordered the 9 seat set. This is a very nice set. I receive many compliments on it and it looks very expensive. While my husband put this together by himself, it would probably have been much easier with 2 people. The fabric on the cushions is very nice and easy to put on the inserts. I had one small glitch but the seller's customer service was very good and took care of it in a very timely fashion. I have no complaints with the seller. The bottom seat cushion is very thick and comfortable. The back cushion is not as thick but still provides comfort. I would recommend buying this set.

Why pay >$3,500 for a metal patio set from a furniture store? This set came packaged well, fairly simple instructions and installation- built alone over 3-4 hours. The cushions are firm and supportive. Not like some of the tiny furniture you see at similar price point. Looks fantastic on the patio and comfortable enough that I’ve enjoyed a few naps already. As with any outdoor furniture, do buy covers to extend life and performance.

I purchased this patio set last year. The set is awesome quality. The cushions are firm and great. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was an extra nut and bolt in every assembly pack. I always receive compliments on how nice this set looks and feels. I recently needed a replacement cushion cover, no fault of the seller. One of the plastic covers I purchase melted right into the cushion. DO NOT USE PLASTIC COVERS. Spend a little extra for the fabric covers instead. They work in all weather and temperatures. I contacted the seller to inquire where I can obtain a new cushion cover. They asked me what happened. I told them and sent a pic. I was notified that my set was still under warranty and they sent me a replacement cushion cover. I wasn’t expecting that at all. They were GREAT! I will be a returning customer!

One stationary chair has a hole that was drilled incorrectly and we can’t put the screw in. The couch has a hole that has a metal piece in the way and you can’t get the screw in. No directions unless you use the QR code and you also have figure out what covers go with what cushions. Seat cushions are nice and thick and firm. Three couch back cushions are ok but the vacuum packed cushions are thin and make me worry they won’t hold up. One cover on one of the ottoman cushions was so tight I had to keep unzipping and re-zipping it to prevent it from splitting open. Disappointed in the misaligned hole in the chair and metal in the hole of the couch. That means there’s less support. Hope the set holds up and zippers don’t bust open. Covers seem pretty sturdy, it’s just that the plastic zippers give me great pause. The frames are sturdy and nice looking. Update 8/30/24. Chau pins still haven’t been on the furniture yet and we have had rain. Now I have rust on my new concrete patio and chair. Never should have purchased this. Took a chance online. It’s hard to make these purchases to spend the money and online. I regret thos purchase big time.
