We have been enjoying this 3 piece outdoor set on our back deck by the pool. It seems to be good quality, sturdy set. We’ve had it for 3 months now and it has held up well. There are no discolorations, no warping, no rusting. It’s a very comfortable set and just the right height. All the pieces were included in the box when it arrived and the instructions were simple. It did take my husband several hours to complete but that was just from the many pieces. The color is just as shown and it looks great. It’s easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth. I would actually like to have another set. Also fits well in small spaces. I am very happy with this set.

UPDATE: Just a quick update to my original review. I did want to add that within the first week of setting this set up on my back patio, the table did warp slightly, so now water pools up in the middle of the table now. Over the last 3 months, the set has held up perfectly otherwise. No hardware rust (and we have had a lot of rain), no further warping of any pieces. I still maintain my 5 star rating, as the price was good, and customer service when purchasing was great. ______________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days). I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don't mind, and I don't think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material HDPE should be one of the most weather resistant materials. Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything.

I’m not going to lie. You don’t want to assemble all these parts by hand. Get your power tool out, otherwise you’ll have raw hands. That said, I was able to do it by myself. No second person needed. I feel like it’s important to note this blue color photographs brighter than it looks! I was nervous about what I was going to see opening the box. It was perfect for me. I’m not sure I’d call it navy, but it’s a deep color and perfect for me. And it doesn’t look cheap. This set is solid. No unbalanced legs. It’s taller than I expected and I love it! Use that measuring tape so you can really see how high the chair backs are.

Update: The company sent me a new top. I will say that after owning this set for almost a year that it is holding up nicely. I changed my initial 1 star review to 4 stars. Original: Do not buy. Terrible quality and their customer support is equally bad. I assembled this 4 piece set and had it outside for one day. I walk by it the next day and notice the tabletop is very warped. I honestly can’t say if it came from the factory warped or if it became warped once left outside. I reach out to their customer support to see if they can send me a new top. I do like the style of the table and so I was really hoping they would do the right thing and just send a new top so I can continue using it (and leave a positive review.) Instead, I received nothing but pushback from their customer support. They basically offered to pay me off by offering $40usd instead of sending me a new top. They did offer me two new slats that would take weeks to arrive from China because they’re on back order but my issue is more than just two slats. I have other HDPE furniture and it is great and didn’t warp, but this company sells garbage.

Great set! Bought as a replacement for a set we had for years. First time trying HDPE outdoor furniture. Does take awhile to put everything together, but instructions are clear and easy to follow. After using now for a couple of weeks I can say that chairs are sturdy, yet comfy, table is sound, and each item weighs enough to stay put during a storm. Very stable, height was exactly what we wanted, and most comfy to sit in and enjoy our patio.

By far the best patio furniture I have ever had the pleasure of assembling! Everything lined up and fit together perfectly, sturdy construction and looks absolutely beautiful for where I needed it! Already looking to add more pieces from SERWALL.

This set is perfect and is perfect for my small enclosed porch. It is heavy like you would want but without paying hundreds more. The coffee color is rich and makes it look so nice. I had it all put together in 1.5 hours taking my time but it was very well documented and easy for 63 yo woman. I absolutely recommend the set!

Not a bad set for the money, only problem we had was the shorted us a arm rest. We have to wait 3 weeks for the part to arrive other than that I would recommend this set! To help help with the assembly you'll want to use a 6 sided hexagonal bit with cordless drill it'll make it a lot easier.
