I love a harder couch, so the cushions didn’t really bother me. What did though is the fact this came and none of the wooden dowel holes and screw holes matched up. It made putting this together an utter nightmare. I had to saw off the dowels and with a hope and prayer and sheer force maneuver the arms and back to get enough screws in to keep them stable. I still have screws left because there was just no way for a few of them. The cushions also came with stains on them. Considering the cost of this piece I’m just floored at the terrible assembly. The quality of the piece was great so not sure if I got the bad egg or what? ... show more

It’s a beautiful, solid piece of furniture and is perfect for my space. It is low and the mattress is really firm so be sure that’s okay for you. Now! My experience from ordering to putting it together was 1 star! My order was delayed, then cancelled, then delayed. When it finally came, the precut holes on the arms did not align with the dowels on the base so I had to remove them in order to get the arms on. Also, the mattress cover was a little dirty like someone handled it with a dirty glove. Thankfully, I can clean it. After aaaall of that, I’m pleased and would buy it again. ... show more
