Oct. 2021: We received this mattress in an incredibly timely fashion, considering the current difficulty with cargo. In 2 weeks time, it was shipped 2000 miles across country, and delivered! We owned a Serra Perfect Sleeper years ago, which is why we decided to try it again. The sleep quality we are getting is superb! Medium firm, soft pillow top……indeed a “perfect sleeper”. Update: Now 6 months later we are still loving this bed! Husband’s back issues and fitful sleeping are much improved. This is the worst bed ever. When you first get on it, it is almost completely solid and doesn't move. After a while, you start to sink into it, but it is never comfortable. We are going to buy a pillow topper to see if it softens it up a bit. But, right now, the entire family refuses to sleep on it.

Reviewing this one year and a day after purchase and I am in the Market for a mattress. It has developed a serious dip in the middle, so bad that you literally roll in the towards the middle. This is the very reason why we replaced our last mattress that was almost eight years old. paying $800 for a quality mattress I expected this to last a lot longer then 60 days before it started sinking in on one side way more than the other side. Very disappointed because when we first received this it seemed like the great mattress but this is not performing as expected and this is not what I call back support according to the documentation that's listed with it here. This is a total disappointment. The picture shows mattress WITH the box spring and WITHOUT IT, therefore, it makes it look like the mattress comes with the box spring. They don't say NO BOX SPRING to make it clear that it comes without it. I paid $750 for just a mattress. Ha ha! Can you believe it! Now I am stuck with a luxury mattress with no box spring, which is absolutely useless. Now I have to shop for a box spring. But guess what? How easy it is to find a box spring for Twin XL mattress.? It is not easy at all, Buying box spring separately is extremely hard, because people just don't sell boxsprings separately, especially for XL mattresses.
