Oct. 2021: We received this mattress in an incredibly timely fashion, considering the current difficulty with cargo. In 2 weeks time, it was shipped 2000 miles across country, and delivered! We owned a Serra Perfect Sleeper years ago, which is why we decided to try it again. The sleep quality we are getting is superb! Medium firm, soft pillow top……indeed a “perfect sleeper”. Update: Now 6 months later we are still loving this bed! Husband’s back issues and fitful sleeping are much improved. Slight indent in our respective spots, but an occasional rotation of the mattress, every 6 weeks or so adjusts that. ... show more

Like sleeping on the floor
Size: California King Style: 500 Pillowtop | Plush
This is the worst bed ever. When you first get on it, it is almost completely solid and doesn't move. After a while, you start to sink into it, but it is never comfortable. We are going to buy a pillow topper to see if it softens it up a bit. But, right now, the entire family refuses to sleep on it.

Great Mattress!
Size: King Style: 500 Pillowtop | Plush
Really loving this mattress so far - have had it a week. I was nervous about purchasing a mattress online without trying it out first, but this mattress is great - the perfect balance of soft and firm. Previous mattress was a Sleep Number where I could control the firmness / softness and prefer this mattress over the Sleep Number. ... show more

Don’t know what happened to the company
Size: King Style: 500 Innerspring | Plush
Reviewing this one year and a day after purchase and I am in the Market for a mattress. It has developed a serious dip in the middle, so bad that you literally roll in the towards the middle. This is the very reason why we replaced our last mattress that was almost eight years old. We have previously owned serta mattresses and loved them but the company has obviously taken a serious nose dive in quality. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! ... show more

Disappointed just didn't hold up very long
Size: Queen Style: 500 Pillowtop | Plush
paying $800 for a quality mattress I expected this to last a lot longer then 60 days before it started sinking in on one side way more than the other side. Very disappointed because when we first received this it seemed like the great mattress but this is not performing as expected and this is not what I call back support according to the documentation that's listed with it here. I'm sure I'm just one of the Unlucky ones and that all the others that were ship were good but this one just doesn't cut it. ... show more

Love my matress!
Size: California King Style: 500 Pillowtop | Plush
I’ve had this mattress for a solid 10 months now and am very happy with the purchase. I needed to replace our 10+ year old mattress and was a bit nervous doing so online. I did a lot of research before purchasing to find the best mattress for our budget. Good quality, medium firmness but also soft (but doesn’t have you sinking in) with the pillow top. Very comfortable mattress that is holding up nicely. ... show more

No mentioning that there is no box spring
Size: Twin XL Style: 500 Pillowtop | Plush
This is a total disappointment. The picture shows mattress WITH the box spring and WITHOUT IT, therefore, it makes it look like the mattress comes with the box spring. They don't say NO BOX SPRING to make it clear that it comes without it. I paid $750 for just a mattress. Ha ha! Can you believe it! Now I am stuck with a luxury mattress with no box spring, which is absolutely useless. Now I have to shop for a box spring. But guess what? How easy it is to find a box spring for Twin XL mattress.? It is not easy at all, Buying box spring separately is extremely hard, because people just don't sell boxsprings separately, especially for XL mattresses. So as you can see, my experience with this purchase is a HEADACHE and the PAIN IN THE NECK. ... show more
