Description

Don’t let animals have the pick of the garden before you can. Deer, rabbits, moles and other four-legged pests enjoy your lawn and landscape as much as you do – hit them in the nose so they won’t come back. Liquid Fence® animal repellents use scent- and taste-deterring formulas that won’t harm animals or plants when used as directed. Invisible barrier. Clear results. Liquid Fence® Deer & Rabbit Repellent Ready-to-Use2 repels deer and rabbits before they feed! This ready-to-use liquid formula repels deer and rabbits from landscaped ornamental gardens, flowers, shrubs, trees and vines. The repellent works on scent, so deer and rabbits don’t have to take a bite to be repelled. It is harmless to plants and animals when used and stored as directed, and can be applied year-round. The formula is rain resistant. Animals’ natural aversion to this scent will never diminish – this product does not have to be rotated with other repellent brands. Apply once during a dry period; repeat application a week later, then approximately once per month thereafter. In areas of intense feeding, spray once per week for 3 weeks, then once per month thereafter.

  • "Smells Like Death, But Works Like Magic!"
Size: 1 Pack Style: 128 Ounce - Concentrate
Okay, let’s be real—the smell of this stuff is atrocious. It’s badder than bad, it’s VERY bad. It’s like the kind of smell that makes you question your life choices, but you know what? It works. The deer in my neighborhood have clearly had a buffet on my garden every night since the pandemic hit. But now? Not so much. I have a fence in the back, but not in the front, so I’m using this on my very stinky garden. My tip? Apply it before you take a bath or shower, because you’ll need a full cleansing afterward to get that "deer deterrent" aroma off of you. Also, reapply if it rains—those deer are persistent, but I’m more persistent! I’m on a mission to make my garden the least desirable all-you-can-eat buffet in the neighborhood. The deer will NOT be making any reservations here. I’ll be using this stuff forever—because no deer, no matter how cute, are getting a free meal on my watch! ... show more

  • Smelly, but works
Size: 1 Pack Style: 1 Gallon - Ready-To-Use Spray
This is my second purchase which shows the product has been working so far! While it does have quite a smell, I generally apply after I'm done with yard work for the day and then go in and shower. By the morning, I cannot detect the smell outdoors anymore. Since I have a heavy deer presence in my yard, I sprayed every week for a month and then monthly thereafter since last season. So far, I have been able to leave the nets off my Hydrangeas without the deer eating them!! They have also left my tulips alone. With all the rain we have been having, I am going to give the plants an extra spray. ... show more

  • Good repellant but beware of delivery
Size: 1 Pack Style: 2 Pound - Granules
I can understand why this would be an effective deterrent! Smells strong. But it mimics predator urine, so no surprise there. In my neighborhood we have deer and rabbits that eat everything. All spring and summer you can walk the neighborhood and smell this product everywhere. It is that strong, so maybe consider whether that will be a problem for you. On the delivery side, consider making it your only item if ordering through Amazon. Mine came packaged together with food items. Huge mistake and oversight by Amazon. Must have been a packaging robot, because no human would put that in the same box as food. Zero stars for Amazon packaging, but good deer and rabbits that eat repellant. ... show more

  • Worked for deer on my tulips
Size: 1 Pack Style: 32 Ounce - Ready-To-Use Spray
This is the first product of the type that works for me. A person I met on a Craiglist buy recommended the product and I gave it a try. We have some tulips in a small flower garden and deer apparently have reservations on my tulips just when they are set to bloom.....every year. Lost several and this arrived and I sprayed the last few I had left. No munching. I know my problem is with deer so it worked for them. I run into rabbit and chipmunk problems later into the summer so we'll see if it work for those critters ... show more

  • It works, 5-10 years of experience.
Size: 1 Pack Style: 128 Ounce - Concentrate
This stuff works. Live in the foothills of Colorado’s front range been using this for 5-10 years. Tried everything. We have herds, as many as 20 head, of deer coming through our yard daily. They mow every green plant, especially flowers, to the ground without this stuff. It smells when you first apply but that dissipates in less than a day. In the beginning of the growing season it will need to be reapplied every two or so when new growth appears. But later in the season it’s once a month for us. When in doubt reapply, they will come back. ... show more

  • works on all animals
Size: 1 Pack Style: 1 Gallon - Ready-To-Use Spray
Advertised for deer and rabbits but works on all animals (squirrels, groundhogs, etc.) that terrorize plantings and pots, to this I can attest. All daily digging abruptly stopped in sprayed areas. The built-in sprayer is weak so I bought a 1-gal Solo tank sprayer just for this; I refresh after a substantial period of rain. To their sensitive noses it smells like a predator kill zone, like decomposing flesh, but it does not overwhelm human olfactory senses. Winner. ... show more

  • Good and Bad
Size: 1 Pack Style: 32 Ounce - Concentrate
Overall this product works fairly well. I have used it for 10 years to repel deer and rabbits from my hostas and impatiens. And there is practically no effective products of this type available, so there is that. However the concentrate does not mix well and many times it has clogged my pump sprayer (cleaning the sprayer with that awful smell is not a pleasant task). Further, last year when we had a draught it did not work at all since the animals ignored the taste in order to get the needed moisture that the plants provided. Lastly, it is overpriced for what it is. ... show more

  • Understand the product well before applying then being disappointed with the outcome
Size: 1 Pack Style: 128 Ounce - Concentrate
Great product, just wish it would last longer on the plants. It is expensive and i could see some people getting turned off especially if applied and then it rains and you have to do it again. You can go through a gallon rather quickly. The product works by its smell as most critters are turned away. But if a critter is hungry enough the smell wont ward it off. I mix mine with spreader sticker or soap to give it more bonding to the greenery. I've had good luck but you have to follow the weather forecast when applying to get the most bang for your buck. Its not perfect but it is the best thing going that a consumer can buy over the counter. ... show more
