Description

Don’t let animals have the pick of the garden before you can. Deer, rabbits, moles and other four-legged pests enjoy your lawn and landscape as much as you do – hit them in the nose so they won’t come back. Liquid Fence® animal repellents use scent- and taste-deterring formulas that won’t harm animals or plants when used as directed. Invisible barrier. Clear results. Liquid Fence® Deer & Rabbit Repellent Ready-to-Use2 repels deer and rabbits before they feed! This ready-to-use liquid formula repels deer and rabbits from landscaped ornamental gardens, flowers, shrubs, trees and vines. The repellent works on scent, so deer and rabbits don’t have to take a bite to be repelled. It is harmless to plants and animals when used and stored as directed, and can be applied year-round. The formula is rain resistant. Animals’ natural aversion to this scent will never diminish – this product does not have to be rotated with other repellent brands. Apply once during a dry period; repeat application a week later, then approximately once per month thereafter. • Does seem to repel Rabbits- Does seem to damage Petunias- Get the 40oz Concentrate.
Size: 1 Pack Style: 40 Ounce - Concentrate
Update: This stuff seems to be working so well I just bought a gallon size of the concentrate. I should have bought it from the beginning. I have been spraying it nightly just because im paranoid about my plants being eaten. I mix it up a little lighter than the directions say to get a little more coverage and it seems to be working great. Since using this product I have seen a few rabbits around but nothing like before and they are leaving my flowers alone for the most part. Yesterday I went out and I did catch a rabbit hiding in a corner under a sunflower plant and it had a leaf in its mouth it was munching on. My sunflowers are still small around 2 feet tall and it had nibbled off a lower leaf. It quickly ran off into a neighbors yard where it met with another rabbit. I watched them as they started eating the grass over there. Sure enough i noticed them starting to make there way over my yard again. I got out my sprayer that has it mixed up already and turned the nozzle to spray a long stream and I was able to reach them with it and they quickly ran off. I still dont spray my petunia flowers directly since it does seem to stain the flowers, even overspray will make them look spotted. Instead I spray a large area of the grass all around the plants and it seems to work. I have a small wildflower garden that I fenced off with chicken wire to keep the rabbits out and I noticed they will stand up and eat whatever they can reach so i now spray the ground all around the garden and that seems to work, I hardly notice any flowers eaten. The spray doesnt seem to really effect the wild flowers, ill stand back and give the outer ones a quick overspray and havent noticed any negative effects. If you have a lot of flowers then get the gallon size concentrate because you will probably go thru the smaller sizes quick. I mix around 8oz per gallon of water in my pump sprayer. There seems to be a colony of cottontail rabbits running around my neighborhood and they love eating all the flowers I plant around the yard. i have put up a fence made of chicken wire around one of my flower gardens but I also have nice Wave petunia plants scattered around where fencing wont really look good. Last year I tried spraying scorpion hot sauce on the plants and it did work great at stopping the rabbits from devouring them, they would still nibble but the hot sauce must get to them quick and they leave the plant alone. I would have to spray the plants often as they grew and especially after it rained . It was getting expensive going thru so much hot sauce even when I mixed it with water. There must be dozens of them running around and im seeing small babies all the time so they are reproducing like crazy. I like rabbits and think they are nice to see, I just dont want my flowers ruined. I tried a ready to spray 32oz bottle of this stuff and it does seem to keep the rabbits away. Since I have been using it I have only noticed 1 flower bud half eaten. Unfortunately this spray does seem to damage the petunias, the leaves and flowers seemed to discolor or burn when sprayed directly on them. Now I just spray the surrounding area and it seems to work also. I went thru the 32oz ready to spray bottle so I just bought the 40oz concentrate which seems like a much better deal. using it per the directions the 40oz bottle of concentrate will make over 12 of the 32oz spray bottles. That comes out to around $2.50/32oz bottle. The only thing is the concentrate smells very bad, I find it disgusting and have to hold my breath when mixing it. ... show more

  • "Smells Like Death, But Works Like Magic!"
Size: 1 Pack Style: 128 Ounce - Concentrate
Okay, let’s be real—the smell of this stuff is atrocious. It’s badder than bad, it’s VERY bad. It’s like the kind of smell that makes you question your life choices, but you know what? It works. The deer in my neighborhood have clearly had a buffet on my garden every night since the pandemic hit. But now? Not so much. I have a fence in the back, but not in the front, so I’m using this on my very stinky garden. My tip? Apply it before you take a bath or shower, because you’ll need a full cleansing afterward to get that "deer deterrent" aroma off of you. Also, reapply if it rains—those deer are persistent, but I’m more persistent! I’m on a mission to make my garden the least desirable all-you-can-eat buffet in the neighborhood. The deer will NOT be making any reservations here. I’ll be using this stuff forever—because no deer, no matter how cute, are getting a free meal on my watch! ... show more

  • Great product! But not in this packaging!
Size: 1 Pack Style: 1 Gallon - Ready-To-Use Spray
Works perfectly! Keeps the deer and other critters off my hostas and peaches! But don't buy the large jug with the sprayer - the sprayer does not work AT ALL and you end up fighting this super smelly stuff into another spray bottle. NOTE it really stinks - like concentrated bear pee - so if you get it on you, it lingers after multiple washes. ... show more

  • Deer not allowed here thanks to Liquid Fence!
Size: 1 Pack Style: 1 Gallon - Ready-To-Use Spray
Love Liquid Fence and use it religiously from the first of spring to the end of the season to keep deer and rabbits from eating my hostas and other flowers. It does not need new application after rain or watering, but only when there's new growth of plants. I spray in evening when no wind. It smells while spraying (wear old clothes) but dries quickly. Deer jump the fence around my property but liquid fence keeps them from devouring the flowers and new tulips. I highly recommend it to all flower gardeners. (Not to be sprayed on fruit of vegetables but around the perimeter of them) love that 2 gallons could be shipped at less cost than at the store. ... show more

Size: 1 Pack Style: 32 Ounce - Ready-To-Use Spray
I grow food for the food pantry. Last yr rabbits ate all my beans and some tomatoes and peppers. This yr they started again. The spray bottle leaked like a siv but did spray. I also got a gal jug of it. It's sprayer didn't work at all. BUT what's in them works. 1rst app no more rabbits. So sprayers are crap, but what's in them is great. When I use all the spray bottle will use a dollar spray battle. Oh I have about 100 tomato plants, 14 pepper plants and 2 rows of beans. I feed about 250 people. SO! I don't care about the sprayers as long as the stuff in it works. I will be getting again. ... show more

  • IT WORKS!!
Size: 1 Pack Style: 40 Ounce - Concentrate
Be forewarned: This stuff smells AWFUL. It's a very thick concentrate & Good Lord! Don't breathe in over the bottle. Got it mixed up with water and sprayed as directed. And it still stinks! HOWEVER: The smell dissipates pretty quickly (about 20 -30 minutes). We re-apply about every 2 -3 weeks (depending on how much rain we get). THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN 6 YEARS OF LIVING HERE that we have actually seen our day lilies BLOOM. We always get tons of buds.... and then the deer eat them. We WILL keep using this stuff! Excellant product, well worth the money!!!! ... show more

  • Doesn't work on Rabbits
Size: 1 Pack Style: 128 Ounce - Concentrate
I've used this product for 4 years and it does a good job repelling deer but it has not worked at all for rabbits. I follow the directions exactly. I can spray at 6 or 7 pm one day and the next morning rabbits have chopped down a bunch of plants and they eat seedlings as well. I can repeat spray several days in a row and it doesn't matter. Rabbits completely ignore the repellent and eat as much as they want. I now only plant things that are rabbit resistant. ... show more
