    • Looks a bit frumpier in person than it does as pictured
While easy to assemble and dimensions were all correct, and it works well for a small space, the cushions look a bit frumpy and the overall look of the sofa appears lower quality in person than as seen in the pictures. We've tried everything to get the seat cushions to fluff up, but the corners are impossible to get fully fluffed, so there's this weird extra fabric where the cushion doesn't completely fill out the cushion cover in the corners. All of the cushions came vacuum sealed and it said to allow 24-48 hours for the cushions to fully regain their size, but it's been about 2 weeks now and the cushions still seem pretty weak... The color is slightly more tan than cream. Decent love seat option for the price, but probably would have explored other options had I been able to see it in-person. ... show more

    • Nice style, perfect fit
Would have given it 5 stars but it has plastic legs! Big disappointment for a Serta product. Also the two middle legs are too short so they don’t reach the floor. Pretty pointless in adding any support for the middle of the loveseat. Otherwise, I really like the size and color. Perfect for my small townhouse living room. ... show more

    • Quality for a reasonable price
For a small inexpensive loveseat, well, I'm impressed. Cushion firm but will ease up with time. Backrest very comfortable. Using it for my office. Fabric appears to be quality. I may buy a full size couch for my home.

Absolute Junk. Cushions loose their shape, back cushion collapses whenever I sit against it, have to reshape couch cushions after every time I set on the couch. Cushions are uneven and lumpy looking. Do not buy! Just a little over 30 days old and im going to wind up donating to Salvation Army.

I have yet to finish assembling the couch so I can't comment on anything yet but the construction. What should be a simple 10 to 15 minute assembly is taking much longer. The couch is poorly constructed where the holes for the screw attachments don't match up. The holes in the bottom of the couch are cover so you will have to cut through the material to access them. The wood is in the way at the bottom so you can't screw the entire piece into the sofa to hold it together ... show more
