The sofas pillows do keep their form. We had to continuously flip the pillows to avoid them from getting wonky and that didn’t work even if the chair is not getting a lot of wear and tear. Easy to assemble with two people in a small space. Decently comfortable but not very sturdy. I don't plop down on this couch for fear of breaking it. When on it though it is pleasantly comfortable. The long perpendicular end uses a different, firmer cushion that the two other seat cushions. Not a bad thing just worth noting. The two seat cushions are rather soft and seem like they'll change shape soonest. Fine price but the real value here is how it is tailored for small spaces. Package arrived on a pallet which is still sitting on my front porch. Idk what to do with it. Placed the couch in the corner of my very small living room and it really fills the area nice while being a comfortable place to sit/lounge. Small tear in the fabric upon arrival. My budget was around $1,000. This was $800. It serves its purpose and is stylish, but there are some things I don’t like. It’s comfortable when you sit on the two outer cushions, but on the middle cushion, you can feel the coils (check photo) when you sit down. the main criticism i have is the cushions has spring or a spring-like function and isn't the softest thing I've ever sat on. the other issue is that on the scheduled delivery date, amazon just didn't show up and a few days later i was sent an email to reschedule. i took off from work to make the appointment and is WRONG that i was not contacted at any point and had no way to contact anyone to figure out what was going on. i have no way to make that issue known and has happened on another larger amazon delivery, so keep in mind whatever delivery date you are given is probably fake. moving on, the cushion is fine, fits my space well, and was really easy to put together. i used amazon service to bring in the couch upstairs, and that was done with no issues. i looked around at similar couches, this one was several hundred dollars less than the others and was available in a reasonable amount of time. ... show more

The couch arrived within 3 days with amazon prime which was great! Assembly was super easy it took 10 minutes. My couch came with a pretty significant sized rip on one side (I wouldn't be upset if it was the side against my wall but it is not, it is very much visible.) There was also a small tear on the underside of the sofa but I didn't care about that because you can't see it anyways. The couch is good quality and its a nice material, however it is VERY FIRM. I wouldn't call it uncomfortable, someone that likes a firm couch might love it. If you're looking for a comfy couch that you sink into this is not the one. I tried reaching out to customer service and all they offered to do was give me a refund if I shipped the item back. I replied via email saying I do not have the ability to ship the item back (my car is too small, which is why I ordered a couch online in the first place). I asked if there was a way to arrange to have the couch picked up. It's been 3 days and I have not heard back. Pretty frustrated that I spent $800 on a couch that has a large rip on the side. ... show more
