We purchased the sleeper sofa for our loft. We love the versatility and it is extremely comfortable. My husband likes to open up one side so he can prop up his feet. We have used it as a bed and added a memory foam topper to it none of my guests have complained. It is a great feature to have when you have additional guest. We purchased the gray, which is beautiful and my girlfriend purchased the black both are very nice colors. It came in a very large box and was extremely heavy. This is a really nice convertible sofa. The cushions are quite comfortable and the design is smart. It's easy to pull out into the bed. It's very heavy and sturdy. It's space-efficient too, as you can put it basically right against the wall with like 1-2" clearance and it still converts no problem. My sofa was about 88" long and it fit neatly into the space previously occupied by a full-sized futon while providing a larger sleeping surface. The color is definitely a light taupe gray - I do wish it was more like the cream color but it's neutral enough to work with our decor. The upholstery is a subtly ribbed chenille that is very soft. The back cushions are also very plush. The only very minor weakness is that there appears to be a slight gap between the two halves of the sofa seat cushions. I don't think it'll affect the sleeping comfort though. The whole thing arrives in one very large box so make sure you have room to maneuver. It's very heavy. My delivery arrived 10 days early in the SF Bay Area. The delivery folks were top notch super helpful. The main pieces to assemble are the seat (both halves already attached to each other and the pull-out mechanism works out of the box), armrests, back, and back cushion. Overall I'm very satisfied, especially at the wild sale price. ... show more

I'm a real person! Just want to start out by saying that. Because guess what? This thing is amazing. Everything that looks like it does it does. It is so classy. When I have company and work lounging watching movies you better believe I covered up with a sheet even if we're just sitting there. And when you take the cushions off and you pop it out it turns into a big old bed. And it doesn't it only has to be 2 inches or 3 inches from the wall it's the miracle of engineering. It's a very good quality I mean you can sleep on it and it's comfortable. Or you can just open one end and leave the other one folded like an L... it takes the place of a guest bed and I just cannot stand fold out beds from a sofa. Not that I'm not grateful but. This kind of takes care of all of the things okay bye ... show more

Super easy to assemble. Sofa folds down easily and the sleeping area is large and roomy. Deep pocket king sheets fit it well. Cushions are fine for a sofa, but I added a mattress topper as they were very uncomfortable and too firm for sleeping.

The color is light mushroom in a soft chenille fabric. Looks great! Very happy with purchase. Sofa comfy. I just got it and haven't used it yet for guests. My handyman opened box outdoors and brought in piece by piece. It is one big, heavy box. It came about five days earlier than they advised.

Ordered and was delivered on time but there are many issues. 1st, hardware was missing. Reached out to Amazon for assistance and they were able to complete a partial refund and gave us contact info for the manufacturer to order a replacement hardware set. Only problem, the info provided was not to the correct manufacturer. Bounced around 4 companies before getting the correct one only to end up in a black hold of customer service. A month later and still no hardware. Second issue, when folding out to become a bed the center rest area for the back cushion section isn’t sturdy or large enough so any amount of weight will make them fall inwards. Third, when the front is pulled out to make a bed the my sometimes get stuck in that position and require extra manhandling to get free to convert it back to a couch. Last item on the problem list is the gap between sections is large and you have to put a sheet or blanket to fill it when using it as a bed. On the positive side; it is quite large and does work great when it’s in couch mode. The deep seats are comfortable and allow for a perfect lounge seat. I think if they had the hardware included and fixed the center support then it would be closer to a 4 star but at this juncture I can’t recommend and would not buy this again. ... show more
