I love the color and how comfortable the cushions are but they slide off very easy. In less than a month the back cushions have lost shape and the fold down back falls too easily. Not worth the money.

    • Looks nice, cushions move a lot and hinge was bent when box was opened.
The sofa looks nice and is comfortable (a little firm, but it has softened up a bit in the month we have had it). I do have two issue though. Even though there is velcro to hold the lower cushions in place the middle one slides an inch or two pretty regularly. I would also like to see something holding the back cushions in place a bit. Also, the hinge was bent up during shipping, so the storage isn't really functional (not why we bought it, but worth mentioning). Overall we are pleased enough with the sofa, just could be better. ... show more

This was most convenient for us during these funny times. We're struggling with getting furniture delivered because of all the delays and restrictions caused by the pandemic. The fast delivery for this one and the ease of assembly made it an ideal choice. I must say however that when you assemble it you get to see the cheap material from the inside. It sill looks good from the outside, and it feels comfortable... but I have concerns about how durable the material is especially when you start to move it around. Dropping the price from the $500 to the $300 range will make this a fair deal. ... show more

I like this couch...nice size and I love the fabric and shade of brown. It’s quite comfortable to sit on. My only complaints are: some of the cushions could be fuller although it was a tight squeeze into the covers. One of the seat covers was quite a bit deeper than the cushion, I had to “safety pin” the back. The seats cushions hunch a little bit forward although there IS velcro to help keep them in place. Overall very nice for the price. ... show more

Soft fabric, comfy loveseat. I'm very happy with my purchase. My first time assembling a couch, it was not complex, but did take some time & attention to making sure all the tabs were pressed securely into the slots so as to line up the bolts and their sockets. My only complaint is that one of the packets of desiccant had broken open inside the shipping box; this meant that hundreds of tiny round pellets rolled all over my floor and inside of the couch when I opened the container. I wouldn't mind, except the pellets are poisonous if ingested, and I have a cat who was very curious about all these pellets that rolled around on my wooden floor. I had to spend a good amount of time cleaning up to make sure my kitty would be safe, when I'd have preferred to be lazy while sitting on my new super comfy, cute loveseat! All that said, the product is quite nice, especially given there's a secret storage compartment beneath the seat cushions. ... show more

Updated- Over time it is more clear this isn't very comfortable. The cushions slide away from the back, and the seats are not really deep enough. Good thing it was very cheap tho. Original review- Love the storage! Only minus is that it’s not quite deep enough to store dvds on their edge. Cushions are relatively firm, but fine. Delivery was prompt, but the deliverer was not willing to help with anything at all beyond bringing it in. Wasn’t even sure he was actually going to take the box away. Saved me a tip though. It would be better if there was a higher-service option for delivery. ... show more
