This mattress is very comfortable. Improved my sleep quality tremendously. My ONLY issue. I ordered this mattress on Prime Day at a discounted price. It was set to get here in about a week; it took much longer and kept getting delayed. Once it finally arrived we opened it up and realized it was a queen not the King sized mattress we ordered originally (the size was in VERY SMALL print on one of the packing stickers). The return policy states to follow Sertas return policy (Which is they will come pick up the wrong mattress and replace it or refund you); that did not happen. Contacted Amazon and they refunded me my money but told me I’d have to reorder and now my correct sized mattress won’t show up until Aug/Sept at the earliest and had to reorder at the inflated price since it’s no longer prime day (they said they will refund me the difference however I will have to be charged the original price and wait until I receive my mattress to get the second refund) ... show more

This mattress was not as advertised. The mattress was 2" narrower and 3" shorter than the dimensions listed on the amazon page. It didn't fit on a standard twin bed platform. Also, the bed never took full form. One of the edges was rounded after 5 days out of the box. Bought a similar Serta and was MUCH happier with the fit and quality ... show more

    • Hard to Beat the Convenience of a Mattress in a Box!

I've had great luck so far with mattresses-in-a-box so far. I've had a Member's Mark one for a few years now which was a bit cheaper than this Serta unit and it has been great for the money so far. The mattress I was replacing with this Serta unit is a pretty cheap spring mattress from a mattress store that is about 10 years old. It had a very bad crevice in the middle from sleeping in one spot all those years. You literally rolled right into the crevice when getting in bed! And no mattress pad fixed it. It feels great to sleep on a flat mattress again. And the firmness is perfect for what I was looking for. Not too soft and not too firm, but still provides great support. So far, no complaints. I just hope it will last the test of time! ... show more

It's difficult to open the package of the product itself. It's the funniest thing about this product. I do enjoy the comfortable sleep and dry bed I get. I heat sleeping in a sweaty bed, and this mattress doesn't give me that. I like how it feels and forms in my body wherever I lay or sit down. I'm enjoying this bed and all its features. ... show more
