I bought these knives 18 months ago and I love them. They are very sharp. We use the heck out of them; they look very slick yet they are super effective. About a month ago one of the knives split at the base of the blade which should not have happened. After sending a photo to the company, they replaced the product. These a very sharp knives. I love the shape and weight as they are not the heavy huge steak knives one is used to. I would like to buy another set but they are currently not available. I am a petite woman and dislike the bulky heavy knives .
