I bought this and wanted to give it a really good test before writing a review. It has now been over 6 weeks since I have had it. I use this treadmill almost every day ranging from 30 minutes to an hour at various speeds. So here are my pros and cons. Pros: - Fast delivery - Very easy assembly - Light Weight - Easy to fold - Easy to operate - So far I have had no issues with anything breaking or not working correctly. - The speaker system works however I use my own speaker or head phones. - I really love the ledge for my phone it also works for books if you want to just walk and read. - Quiet for the most part until recently when it has begun to make somewhat of a loud sound with each step when at a speed above 4.5 Cons: - Many of the plastic covering pieces came scratched. I’m sure it is a packaging issue. For the price point I would like to receive everything in tact but being realistic, this would happen with regular use anyway. - Pre set work outs aren’t great. They lack various difficulty levels - The treadmill does get warm to touch if you want to use it longer then an hour. Final opinion: I paid a little too much for this treadmill however the reward has been great. I have used it almost every day for the last 6 weeks. I have lost 15 pounds of quarantine weight. The convenience of this treadmill has created accountability for me and it has truely been a positive experience and great investment in my own health. ... show more

Having had several treadmills in the past, this is the one that I am most happy with. Set up was easy after I figured out that I needed to remove the pre installed bolt before I started and it literally fits in the corner of my living Room with no problem. The running space however is plenty for me and also for my husband who is 5' 10. I love that I can just plug my MP3 in and how the all my music right there and that it is Bluetooth capable and using the Max fit app I can track all of my progress. I am a middle of the night cardio person because I suffer from insomnia terribly and I can use this treadmill without waking anyone up but because it is quite quiet. The padding is plenty for me to walk or run on and the programs that are already included in the treadmill are excellent weather for beginners or adVanced users. This is an especially great purchase during these times when we are all going through stay home orders due to dispread of the Corona virus and I am very pleased than I have added it to my fitness equipment here at home. ... show more

    • Got Just What I Needed!
I ordered this due to the pandemic and everything shutting down! The gyms closed, the parks closed and we were ordered to stay home. There was no way I was going to stay home and gain a bunch of weight! I've waited a while to do this review... 8 months to be exact, to be sure I was being fair and had a significant time to test this baby out. I walk and run and I've lost weight so thank you! I have folded it up however I dont need to save space because it's in its home. The downsides to this is that it does not calculate my exact calories burned but I dont care about that since I used other methods to track that anyway. I havent had to use any oil yet but I did have an issue with the belt falling too close to the end when I first got it because I was messing with the screws trying to put the lifts on it. I have left it alone. Its not needed! I sweat just the same. Oh and becareful for the stop button I often stop it by accident lol but again not a deal breaker. Overall I would rate it at about a 4.5ish because I get a full use out of it but if you're a stickler for counting calories and adding those inches you may have to contact the seller, these were huge deals for me. I would buy again at this price! BTW the usb works too! ... show more

I had this model a few years ago, and replaced it with the same model just recently. It's a good exercise machine, it's dirty it's quite enough for me to use my apartment. The only issue I had was the uprights were slightly bent to the right, but it was no problem to straighten it up now it folds up quietly ... show more

    • Two Broken Products, Bad SereneLife Customer Support
After setting up the treadmill, I plugged it in and discovered that the control board did not work. It wouldn't even turn on. Power was definitely flowing to the machine, because the power button on the base was lit. I re-checked all the connections multiple times, but was unable to even get the control board to flash or show any signs of life whatsoever. There were a couple of other small issues with this shipment - one incorrect track-end cover and a bit of broken plastic that I had been able to work around - but with no working control board I needed to send the machine back. I emailed SereneLife through their website, because so many reviews said they have great customer service. I didn't receive a response for six days, by which time I had already reached out to Amazon and started a product replacement. After I replied to SereneLife and told them that Amazon was already taking care of me, I continued to get incongruous emails, including further inquiries about the case I'd already told them to close and requests to update my warranty. This continued until several weeks after I returned the second treadmill I was sent. The second treadmill had the right track end pieces, but still suffered from broken plastic in the same area as the first machine. Knowing from before that this broken piece could be safely and easily worked around, I set the treadmill up and tested it. This time the control board was getting power - it at least lit up momentarily when I turned the machine on - but that was all it would do. After lighting up, the screen would go blank, and nothing I pushed caused any reaction. I tested multiple things, including the connections, power resets, different outlets, walking the track into motion, etc., but nothing made a difference. I sent the second useless floor sculpture back to Amazon and requested a refund. The only good thing that came out of this experience was another excellent response from the Amazon customer support team, who actually took care of my needs in a reasonable and timely manner. ... show more
