Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your money and time. I’m frustrated by AC mode which is essentially a fan. I don’t feel enough cold coming out from it. When I change the mode to just fan it feels the same. Was working for 2 hours, temperature in the room almost didn’t change.

How to deal with water issue.

The AC works wonderful however I was unaware of all the water it dispels when running. I had to put a bucket on the floor to retrieve the water from the small hose did not expect that. Does anybody have any information or suggestions for that?

It gets really cold now

I bought this for my living room that has enough sunlight that it can overheat it. I was able to easily install this from a window and it came with everything I needed to do so too! The vent tubing on this arrived with nothing wrong with it and connected to the window piece easily. Once I had everything installed, I put this on the AC setting and within 30-45 minutes, the living room was about 10 degrees cooler. I will leave this on throughout the day, because we do have dogs, and have found that they will actually stay in the living room rather than seek cooler areas of the house. The other nice thing is that if we don't want to use the AC setting, we don't have to and it will still keep our living room nice and cold. When it comes to how much noise this makes, not a lot. There are times I forget that it's on because of how quite it is. Highly recommended and will definitely come in handy when the triple digit heat comes. ... show more

Effectively cools, versatile appliance that can also heat

This unit has been incredibly useful for use since our home air conditioning unit went out. We use it on our second level where it gets the hottest. It performs very well, I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was, it quickly and efficiently cools three bedrooms and a bathroom. It keeps the area feeling comfortable. I like that it operates quietly since it is near our bedrooms. I also love the convenience of being able to control the unit from downstairs using the app. The app is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and makes adjusting settings incredibly easy. Do not buy

Kept shutting on and off and leaked on carpet. I followed directions perfectly, read manual several times, still had many issues with product. Exhaust tube was clumsy and I had to tape it in.
