Amazing price for this excelant product highly recomended!
Size: 12,000 BTU
Super efficaint and very quite does a great job keeping a very large living room cold even on a hot south florida day in Aug. Very impressed. Plus super easy to set up and a great price. Win win. Will definley purchase a second unit as two would easily cool my whole house if I was running on generator from the next storm. Truly love this machine. Great purchase ... show more

It’s works great for small spaces
Size: 12,000 BTU
This worked well for my 650 sq foot 1 bedroom apartment. The living room cooled off by about 9 degrees after 20mins. The bedroom cooled off a little ( 3 or 4 degrees or so) but a little is better than none at all. I closed the bathroom door since I don’t need it to cool down and wanted the cool air in the other rooms. I’m moving to a larger place and plan on getting two more of these so there won’t be a strain to cool down all rooms. ... show more

It doesn't do what I need to do
Size: 12,000 BTU
The shipping box had been smashed. In order to open it I had to take cut the box off so I can't put it back in the box to return it. I wanted a air conditioner heater and was told that would be the case in the spec list but that is not the case it doesn't do what I wanted to do. However, the AC unit really works well. I was looking for both heating and AC. ... show more

Cool
Size: 12,000 BTU
Really made a difference this summer when our central air broke. This was a cheaper alternative than fixing the a/c at summer surge pricing.

Don’t waste your money
Size: 12,000 BTU
Don’t bother if you need something that lasts more than a couple months. I bought 4 of these over the last several months, because I am dumb enough to keep hoping for a working product and they looked good and worked good at first. I will put a separate but detailed review on each of them. This specific unit started making loud noises and shutting down. All of them get hot in the back and the exhaust hose puts off a lot of heat even inside too. Their customer service relied heavy on AI and was difficult to get responses from, but eventually they did refund my purchase price on this specific unit only. ... show more
