Set name: 8,000 BTU with Wifi
I'm posting this review after a year of having this set up in my art studio which is on the second floor of a concrete building with no insulation, tall ceilings and large windows that get direct hot sun all through the summer and fall. The room gets very hot, even with blinds and shades. This unit does a great job of cooling down the space so it's bearable. I'm very happy with this purchase. Not sure how long it will last but so far it's been great

If I could give it no stars I would. Was delivered on time and the instructions were easy. But after hooking it up, the thing puddled water all over the place. Leaked beyond just an inconvenience. It’s unusable! And I know we hooked it up right because we bought two and the other one is working fine. Now we have to go through the hassle of trying to return this huge thing and are out over $200 until we get a refund! So disappointing. I trusted this brand, do not make the same mistake! Update!! When I tried to put the ac unit back in its original box for return a flood of water poured out of it onto me from the bottom. We had this unit on a total of maybe 10 min. There is NO way this much water could have accumulated over that short period of time. This product was definitely USED before this! It’s impossible to have all that water in it!! Unacceptable!! Who sends a used device????

Set name: 8,000 BTU with Wifi
This little air conditioner stands about 3 and a half feet high (read the specs on the product web page in Amazon). It moves on casters, which makes it easy to move out of the way - it's heavy for its size. Due to its BTU capacity, it's really meant for a bedroom or other small room. Initially, it generates a lot of condensation. So you have to watch it as it cools down a room!! It will fill a 1 gallon bottle in very little time. However, once it has cooled a room sufficiently, then the condensation production slows. You should keep the door to the room closed so that more humid air does not enter. Also, don't go to bed before the coolness in the room has stabilized. Otherwise, you will flood your carpet! It is somewhat low in noise generation. It comes with a window sleeve with a hole in it and an accordian style venting hose. When setting up the unit, you install the window sleeve, stretch the venting hose until it meets the window sleeve, connect the condensation drainage tube put the end of the tube in the large empty bottle for containing the condensation and away you go. I set the settings for 71 F degrees and a moderate fan speed. This little air conditioner seems to do the job. I don't need more because we live up in the mountains where we have few uncomfortably hot and humid days. I'd recommend this product to everyone who wants to cool just one little room without going through the hassle of installing a large heavy air conditioner for only a small number of uncomfortable nights.

Set name: Wifi App - 14,000 BTU 3-in-1
We are having an epic, sustained heatwave in Colorado right now, and as much as I love my evaporative cooler, it simply can't keep up. It's done an excellent job for 6 years in normal CO summers, but this current heatwave is just too much, so I gave in and bought this portable AC. Let me tell you, it puts out icy cold air and could easily cover a large room or even several rooms if you have the right setup (I kind of do, but don't want to forego using the evaporative cooler completely because the rest of my house would turn into a 500 degree oven). I'm so glad I bought this....setup is easy, you can roll it around where you most need it (providing you can vent it properly) and the phone app is spectacular! Super easy to control the AC from wherever you are (in my case, I work all day, my dog is home and I don't want him to be miserable, so I can turn on the AC in the afternoon when the high heat really kicks in...from the office, instead of running it all day long!). It automatically turns on and off once you have set the temperature that you want, it has 3 fan speeds, none of which I consider loud at all (I slept like a baby last night!). I can't speak to its longevity, because I just got it, but I'm praying that it lasts a very long time. Great purchase!

Set name: 8,000 BTU with Wifi
Overall, good AC unit, cools the room well. Our only complaint is the fan will not stay running, with the AC turning on and off as needed. We prefer the fan to stay on, while we have the unit on, with the AC starting and stopping as needed. Instead, once the room reaches temperature, the entire unit shuts down. As with any AC unit, once it turns back on, you can hear it, which seems to me to be a standard noise level. Called the company 2 different times, they said the fan should run and the AC to to turn off and on as needed. It's a good unit, but we probably wouldn't purchase it again because of this, but we have it now. If that doesn't bother you, the unit is a great value for the money.

Set name: Wifi App - 12,000 BTU 3-in-1
I purchased the air conditioner and decided to assemble the unit in the same day. The following observations are given. The hoses require you to twist them on and make sure they are secure. Otherwise they will fall off the adapters. Second the window kit was a bear ro install. First , the butterfly nut when positioned in the window faces the outside of the house. So, if you want to ever adjust the kit you have to go outside. Not a problem if you are on there first floor. However, my unit is not. The window kit may need to be cut so as not to block the hole where the hose is attached. Since the opening for the hose is oval, there gaps between the window and the kit needs to be filled.I used tape. ' Finally I attached the hose to the air conditioner. This process went smoothly. I gave four stars because of the problems I had with the window kit and attaching the hose to the slider. If, somehow, I did something wrong, I hope someone with contact or correct me.

Works great!! Easy install, bigger than I expected but I’m happy and grateful will be getting another one soon!! Noise level isn’t bad sounds like a regular ac. Worth every dollar. Easy to move around. My room was 91 and it’s cooling it down quickly. Product is built sturdy and looks easy to clean when needed.

Just purchased this for my sons bedroom. It is very small so this should be perfect. We received a box that looks to have been opened, it was taped like crazy. Regardless, we opened it and started to put the a/c together. Somehow without it saying on the listing, we were sent a used product. My husband believes it was actually returned twice and they sent it to us next. This is concerning because it is false advertising as the listing doesn't say it was opened or used. We have picture proof of this-hose has been cut. It is also concerning because you never know what is going on in other people's houses that was now brought into ours. Will provide to amazon if they reach out. We have had it in our sons room-door close over night and it doesn't feel cool in there at all. I do not feel this will be durable but we have 30 days to return and will see how it goes the rest of this week. The Design itself is nice, not to big and perfect for a small bedroom. So far that is the only good part. I do not recommend at this point.
