Nice compact size not much bigger than a 4slice toaster. Comes with 4 wire racks. 2 silicone mats. Wish it had 4 silicone mats , seems silly not to give enough mats for each rack. We have used this unit since the beginning on June 2023 and have really liked it. We have had to look up recipes online to for several different types of fruit . Would be nice if the booklet had a list on the index for temperature and times for common fruit and jerky that you could just flip to or cut out to keep with unit. This works wonder, I took some time to get used to time but It does dry out nicely. I had issue on drying beet root and failed multiple time by sun dry but with help of this machine its great can’t stop using it. Whoever drying their fruit and roots I recommend this. Its great thing to have.

I used to air dry my herbs and teas but I always feel like it collects too much dust so I been looking after a dehydrator that fits on your countertop but without being too invasive.
